i've not been there as i'm still searching for an authentic indian, bangladeshi or pakistani restaurant. i'm sorry but any "authentic" eatery serving beef based dishes is not authentic and as for 'butter chicken' that people keep banging on about. i've only ever heard or seen it since coming to canada. it's a made up dish for the love of god!
please, please can someone recommend a genuine indian or bangladesh restaurant that doesn't serve bloody butterchickenor beef?

consistently good food and friendly service. theirchickenbiryani and bhel puri were a hit among my friends recently. the owner is a very nice man and i've even had them cater for me.

sorry to have to say this... but i gave this place a try after it was recommended by someone who worked nearby and of course after seeing the 94% review it received her in urbanspon. i absolutely love indian food and i was really hoping this was going to be a good.

the owner was very kind and the place was clean however sadly, i was not impressed by anything else. telling me my food with be ready in 30-40secs worried me... i certainly don't mind waiting. thechickenwas low quality - more like brown meat (legs/drumsticks). i got 2 curries with rice and even the chana masala wasn't anything spectacular. i just don't understand how this place gets such high ratings. i want rich flavour and i did not get that here. overall i was very disappointed and i will not return.

delicious. i finally got a chance to try this place for lunch today. my friend had three vegetarian dishes; i had thechickencurry. the food was delicious and very fresh. the restaurant was clean and the service cheerful. i'll be back!
