great restaurant!. seymour grille hasgreatfood at reasonable prices. the scent of fresh popped popcorn whets your appetite you as you enter. a member of the staff greets you immediately and offers you a table or a booth, as you desire. the front of the house is run by owner patti, and she never fails to stop and greet each table, asking if she can be of service. the servers are attentive, polite, and cheery, adding to the pleasure of dining here. the atmosphere is similar to a sports restaurant, with local and pro jerseys and other sports paraphernalia hanging on the walls.
the food is good quality for the money, and if there is an issue (such as over-cooked fish someone else mentioned) there is no hesitation on the part of the owners to respond with, "how can we fix it for you?" i have tried nearly everything on the menu at one point, and can honestly say i have never once regretted spending my money at seymour grille.
additionally, their desserts in a jar (homemade by patti!) are a marvelous finish, or take home treat!
