i love the capital hill location and was so happy when jefferson park opened. i am no longer happy about that. whoever is running this location is the problem, same great food but terrible service, terrible staff and no customer service. if they say 45- 1 hour, expect 2 hours for delivery. they haven't gotten my order right once in the 3timesi've received my order, note, i've ordered 4timesand paid 4 times, but have only actually received said order 3 times. they have never once made an offer to make this right. please food services managers take note: when you screw up, especially repeatedly, you should at least offer to make it right by discounting the order or in some other way, or maybe just apologize!!! i'm done with you sexy pizza
