i love the capital hill location and was so happy when jefferson park opened. i am no longer happy about that. whoever is running this location is the problem, same great food but terrible service, terrible staff and no customer service. if they say 45- 1 hour, expect 2 hours for delivery. they haven't gotten myorderright once in the 3 times i've received my order, note, i've ordered 4 times and paid 4 times, but have only actually received saidorder3 times. they have never once made an offer to make this right. please food services managers take note: when you screw up, especially repeatedly, you should at least offer to make it right by discounting theorderor in some other way, or maybe just apologize!!! i'm done with you sexy pizza

very unhappy customer. i live one block away and just walked in for a couple slices. there were only 2 slices left from that morning, but new pizza was on a turn table rack that i was told i could not purchase until i ate the morning leftovers. no thanks! and one block away or not---i will never walk ororderon line again! lars

by labeling sexy pizza the “dropout” of this here trio i’m just playing on the rebellious connotations of the name, folks—not denigrating the food, which, based on one deliveryorderfrom the brand-new branch on old south pearl, is at least adequate in a pinch.

completely imcompetent. i ordered a pizza from sexy pizza, waited one hour and 45 min. i called to say forget myorderand they unapologetically said "i dont have anorderfrom you." i will neverorderfrom sexy pizza again and i urge others to do the same.
