the second floor bistro & bar. the bistro & bar inside the westin is cozy, beautifully decorated and thefoodis delicious. do you like sliders? you are in luck. just think…whiskey braised pork sliders with mustard slaw on a pumpernickel bun. bite into the thick bun and crunch into some tangy mustard slaw and then bite into the tender, whiskey pork. perfection.

just ok. reserved a spot at the bar for the mixology class. they do alot of cool stuff with dry ice, liquid nitrogen, etc...its fun to watch although the drinks are more gimmicky then good. i thought all thefoodwas good, not great. the pot pie tasted good, but it was more like a soup then a pot pie.

on fridays they have a mixology class that will amaze you! reservations for this is required. great drinks using liquid nitrogen and dry ice. thefoodis pretty good as well. the mixologist j chastain is supper nice and goes out of his way for all his guest.
