raw fish. i have been a regular customer since opening and have referred locals and visitors alike to seascapes fish & chips. not anymore.
ordered battered shark, onion rings and chips. got home, the shark was raw. promptly returned to the store, was told it wascookedand that shark is a tough fish and is hard to cut through. rather than politely offer a replacement. i was accused of being wrong about the fish and gruffly asked if i wanted my money back. absolutely no idea about customer service.
what was also concerning was the wait time for the original meal - less than 10 minutes. i fail to see how a thick piece of fish with batter can becookedin such a short time.
i won't be going back, and i'll be reporting this place to the department of health.
