pretty nasty really, made large order on way home on jan 2 from event, oily, greasy, ultra salty and a number items in order missing, dumped most of it, some of the prawns had like raw breadcrumbpacked inside batter which was pretty horrid. hopefulky was just poor form at end of holiday period?

gone rapidly downhill with new owners. service was inept and deplorable. food never came as they forgot to cook it. ended up getting money back after 1 hour and got dinner from macca's. never again !!!

so glad to find this place which is quite possibly the best fish and chips around. despite the distance from perth, i'm certain i'll come back when i'm looking for some fish and chips fix.

the best fish and chips i've ever had! 😍😍 although a little pricey, it's worth it for the great service and top quality food! i go back again and again.

best fish and chips round mandurah. have been going to this shop for ages now and never disappointed by the beautiful crispy fish n chips crispy on the outside and lovely n fluffy in the centre. dim sims are yummy too

great value for money. fantastic fish n chips...always fresh/service is terrific considering the amount of clientele they serve..

know your fish. chips were nice not soggy crispy the fish we thought was huge but it was actually 2 pieces stuck together which would have been a bonus except they were snapper and i ordered shark surely there should be 2 things a fish and chip shop should by name be able to do and that is cook fish and chips snapper and shark are totally different the reason i always order shark is i hate snapper we also ordered a chips and gravy which was served without a lid as apparently they dont have them .....

fantastic fish & chips. best to phone ahead with order as queues can be lengthy as very busy at weekends but worth the wait, fantastic fish and chips and great value for money, 2 pieces of fish and chips for only $8.90, never had soggy fish, always crisp and fresh, 5*

no thanks. wanted to know what all the fuss was about. heard good things about this place so we finally tried it it.
placed phone order, was told pick up in half an hour. there were insanely busy and it actually took almost 1 hr before we finally had our meal.
we had snapper, squid rings and chips. at first glance it looked really good but at first bite i realized that the batter was about the thickest i've ever seen. half of my fish actually had that much batter on it that the batter itself was uncooked and just a wet and gluggy mess. that also made the fish look a little unattractive in colour and it was slightly undercooked. the squid rings were again more batter than squid and soggy.
i was really looking forward to it but sadly most went in the bin. yuck.
yes they were very, very busy but i'm not sure that excuses it.
we won't return!

the best. went friday i know why they are so busy, . perfect fish and chips.we had a family feast so good. dont care how long we waited they are so busy. they do a great job. thanks guys we will be back.

the best. best fish and chips we ever had. love this spot. dont care about the wait its worth it. you wont find better.

raw fish. i have been a regular customer since opening and have referred locals and visitors alike to seascapes fish & chips. not anymore.

ordered battered shark, onion rings and chips. got home, the shark was raw. promptly returned to the store, was told it was cooked and that shark is a tough fish and is hard to cut through. rather than politely offer a replacement. i was accused of being wrong about the fish and gruffly asked if i wanted my money back. absolutely no idea about customer service.

what was also concerning was the wait time for the original meal - less than 10 minutes. i fail to see how a thick piece of fish with batter can be cooked in such a short time.

i won't be going back, and i'll be reporting this place to the department of health.

one of the best fish & chips!!. we tried for the first time a week ago and was absolutely delighted that the battered fish were so fresh and not oily with generous portion size.! the chips were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. highly recommended to those who lives around mandurah and halls heads area and do keep up with the freshness of the fish and its generous portion sizes!!!
