eat like a thai. read all the reviews and my wife and i decided to try it out...it is a hole in the wall...but i can see why the reviews are so good....love thai and this is agreatplace to continue the love fest...let me start with the service...it was the owner and her daughter who started the experience off great...pleasant and fast...these folks deserve to do good...the salad was not fancy just very fresh crisp lettuce...the spring roll was one of the best i have ever had...on the small side but fresh and fried just right...the soup i ordered...hot and sour chicken rates as the best soup i have ever had...it was a thin soup with a strong flavor of lime that blended where i could have made a meal of it alone...my wife had a coconut flavored soup that nearly as good...entrees were a broccoli stir fry with shrimp in a lite sauce...the broccoli was cut in small perfectly crisp bites...mine was a spicy pad thai with beef that had what appeared to be home made noodles...outstanding...it was a lot of food at agreatprice...we will go back often..suggest you try it too

husband and i stopped in for dinner tonight.  we both ordered off the dinner menu which includes a small salad, appetizer and soup plus the entrée.  what agreatvalue! my husband had the coconut soup which was fragrant and loaded with chicken.  i had the hot sour vegetable soup which was chock full of veggies in a clear savory broth.  i will definitely have that soup again. hubby had spring roll which was fresh and quite large.  the salad was the only rather disappointing part of the meal. although the dressings were very good, both of our salads were sitting in water.   my husband ordered the sweet and sour shrimp and really enjoyed the entrée.  i had the ginger shrimp and it was really yummy.  the vegetables are thinly sliced and soak up the sauce.  i don't eat rice, but my husband loved his, and thought it was perfectly cooked.they were pretty busy, and i felt we did not have the most attentive table service or i would have given 5 stars.we live in the area, and i expect we will be back soon.

solid fresh food. i love this place for consistantly good food. lunch is very reasonable and you get a ton of food for the price.greatservice as well...

amazing yellow curry.. my wife and i stopped here yesterday while visiting keller in texas. i needed a new pair of trail running shoes (brooks cascadia 9). i had the yellow curry with chicken. i found it a little hot.luckily i had a lot of rice to soak up some of the hotness. my wife had the sea siam fried rice, which was also excellent. she also tried the thai ice tea. it was good.greatlittle location, good prices. it is comparable to jacky's thai in calgary alberta canada. it is that good!

great restaurant!. i had never eaten thai and was a little skeptical when a friend took me to sea siam for lunch several years ago. it was fantastic! the chicken pad thai is my favorite meal, period! the peanut salad dressing, egg rolls and coconut soup are amazing! the owners are such lovely people and work so hard to produce qualitity, fresh food! lunch is agreatdeal with soup, salad, egg roll and entree, all served on lovely china plates. i can't say enough good things about the food and the service!!! fyi: eat in, as with most places, is much better than take out.

most of the time, i don't even like spinach, unless it's prepared a certain way (and i have yet to figure out which "way" that is so i can do it at home). but, i had the salmon with spinach under the chef's specials part of the menu. the salmon was apparently boiled, so that was a little different. but, it still had a good flavor to it. the combination of the salmon, the broth, and the spinach all came together very well. i'll definitely be going back to try some other (new to me) things! :)

oh, yes! and the egg rolls! the egg rolls were very good. they were smaller than what i'm accustomed to getting, but the wrapper wasn't as thick and "crusty" like a lot of egg rolls i've had. and the duck sauce was excellent! not that prepackaged "junk" you get in the packets from most places.. very good! now, i understand why people like duck sauce! :)

this place really sets the bar ongreatfood and service. everything is just honestly good. from the iced tea to the spicy fried fish, you will not be disappointed.

our favorite. my wife and i eat here at least once a week and we have never been disappointed by either the food or the service. they have both been excellent every time we visit. i have never written a restaurant review before but sea siam deserves to be recognized. this is a family owned retauraunt and when you dine here you will be treated like family.
we usually get the "dinner package" which isgreatbecause not only do you get plenty of food, but you get to experience a wide rande of tastes. it starts with a salad with peanut sauce, an appetizer, soup, then the entree. i always leave stuffed and we usually take some home for lunch the next day. more importantly we always leave with a smile on our face.

if you like thai food, you're in luck. this is simply great! been meaning to come to this restaurant for some time and finally did last week. had lunch and ordered the chicken yellow curry lunch special. this came with chicken coconut soup and a small side salad and egg roll. i had also ordered mee krob for an appetizer but the owner said that it would have been too much food and for me to try it some other time. i thought that that was nice and refreshing to hear. the food was excellent. it was quite a bit of food for a little over $8.00. the soup was very soothing, citrusy and with a heavy coconut accent. i could have just had that. the salad and egg roll were small but adequate size for lunch, especially just having had the soup and the entree yet to come. the salad and egg roll were served with a delicious peanut sauce which complemented both very well. the chicken with yellow curry served with rice was wonderful. this is my book is real comfort food. it was spiced just right--in this case, very mild. i love spicy food but yellow curry i believe should be prepared well-flavored, not excruciatingly hot. the owner as others have said is real, down-to-earth. after the meal i spoke with her and found that she came here from california, having owned two restaurants there. i had agreattime speaking with her. i will be definitely be returning to try the mee krob!

the restaurant is located in a strip mall which has a kroger near it, so there is plenty of parking. a few other notes: they accept most major credit cards other than american express. there is a $10.00 minimum for credit cards. they are byob but do not sell alcohol. unfortunately, they do not offer delivery service.

keller's best thai resturant. one of our favorite places to eat!!! food isgreatand staff treats us like family!

favorite thai food around. although the place is bare the food and owner are anything but. i have enjoyed everything i have had there, i normally order musman curry though because it is the best i have been able to find around. the family that owns the place are the cooks and waiters. the wife who is always there and works as a waitress is always nice and always remembers me and what i want. there is always something special about a place where you walk in and know you are going to be taken care of.greatfor people new to thai food and veterans. the food is not expensive and the portions are huge! a definite place to try!

i love this place. the red curry, tom kah soup, and the drunken noodles are perfectly spiced! i try to go once a week,greatlunch specials! don't let the location deter you, the place is always clean, and service comes with a smile!

the best thai food inthe metroplex! this is a personal dining experience. you will be treated togreatthai food! you will come back often. i love it.
