eat like a thai. read all the reviews and my wife and i decided to try it out...it is a hole in the wall...but i can see why the reviews are so good....love thai and this is a great place to continue the love fest...let me start with the service...it was the owner and her daughter who started the experience off great...pleasant and fast...these folks deserve to do good...the salad was not fancy just very fresh crisp lettuce...the spring roll was one of the best i have ever had...on the small side but fresh and fried just right...the soup i ordered...hot and sour chicken rates as the best soup i have ever had...it was a thin soup with a strong flavor of lime that blended where i could have made a meal of it alone...my wife had a coconut flavored soup that nearly as good...entrees were a broccoli stir fry with shrimp in a lite sauce...the broccoli was cut in small perfectly crisp bites...mine was a spicy pad thai with beef that had what appeared to be home made noodles...outstanding...it was a lot offoodat a great price...we will go back often..suggest you try it too

my 1st time at sea siam was a huge disappointment. two guys waiting to get inside when it opened both recommended the chow mein. one of them also said the vegetable plate is real good. so my wife ordered the bbq rice and me the chow mein. we also ordered a vegetable plate and some spring rolls. my chow mein was not spicy as i assumed thaifoodwould be. the owner never brought out our vegetable plate. i later asked him where it was and muttered something silly and then brought it out way late. the owner never refilled our water glasses. i told him when we were done that i expected thaifoodto be spicy and he said he forgot to ask us. i told him that he also forgot to refill our empty water glasses. the place was not busy so he had no excuses. i was pissed that this moron totally ruined our visit. i felt like i didn't get any thaifoodas thisfoodwas just plain jane chinese tasting. the owner never offered to comp us anything for his total incompetence. we won't be back !!!!

overrated. i don't claim to be a thaifoodexpert but i can't understand what the fuss is about. i've dined there three times and always gotten a different dish. on every occasion, thefoodwas slightly above average at best. thefoodisn't bad but it always lacked the freshness and flavor that i've come to expect from good thai food.

the waitstaff was very good and i had no issues with any of the service. however, i would only return if i just had to have thai and didn't want to make a longer drive to a better restaurant.

welcoimes children and families, warm and friendly. try this place for a family celebration or a weeknight need-dinner-in-a-pinch. i have brought my husband and kids here, or done take out, once week for the last several years (almost since they first opened)! i have brought family here when they visit from out of town -- they are always suprised at the quality of thaifoodin this shopping center.
best customer service ever: they know my name and the name of all my children (who have come here since their kindergarden years), they greet us like old friends. the owners are most awesome people!
warm, welcoming and friendly mom-and-pop establishment with the most authentic thaifoodon this side of the border.
meticulously clean and reliable meals.

we went to sea siam today after a long time. we now remember why we stopped going there. their soup is watered down. had the tom kah (coconut chicken soup). was bland. chicken no flavor and barely any coconut taste. we asked for thai spicy for our dishes. was not spicy at all!!! the satay tasted like grilled chicken with absolutely no flavor. the fried wontons could be seen right through and could tell you how much of the filling there was.... none. huge disappointment. especially since i went to magic springroll on sunday in watauga and theirfoodis far superior even though it is a tiny and simple establishment with a small menu. huge on flavor. try sea siam and then go to magic springroll. you will never want to go back to sea siam. what a pathetic excuse for thai food.

great restaurant!. i had never eaten thai and was a little skeptical when a friend took me to sea siam for lunch several years ago. it was fantastic! the chicken pad thai is my favorite meal, period! the peanut salad dressing, egg rolls and coconut soup are amazing! the owners are such lovely people and work so hard to produce qualitity, fresh food! lunch is a great deal with soup, salad, egg roll and entree, all served on lovely china plates. i can't say enough good things about thefoodand the service!!! fyi: eat in, as with most places, is much better than take out.

are you man enough? are you man enough to be treated like royalty?. this is probably the greatest restaurant ever in this part of town.

i wasn't sure the kind of service i would get, nor the quality offoodi would be served as i was sat down by a beautiful host to my table designed for two. immediately when i saw my waiter, i knew this would be a trip to remember. the waiter was strikingly handsome; so much so that while he was asking me what i would like to drink, i was too busy imagining running my hands down his shirtless body, while i was being hand-fed seedless grapes.

anyway, i digress. i had an order of the pad thai with some spring rolls, and a chilled iced thai tea to wash it all down. oh my god, this was some of the top quality thaifoodi've ever had. i've tasted thaifoodfrom southern cali, to chicago but nothing has topped this so far. from the first bite of the pad thai, where the moist noodles met my awaiting lips, i knew i was in love. the veggies in the spring rolls were nice and crunchy, and erect with freshness; simply to die for. so much so, i desired to violate myself with the rolls by shoving them into all the orifices i have on my body. in the thai tea i was served i could taste the fresh picked leaves tenderly boiled in the hot texas spring water, which was quickly chilled in a bath of ice to preserve the taste and offer my a much more refreshing drink in this oasis from the sun. never before had i wanted to cover my bare body in cooked noodles, peanuts and bean sprouts while drenching my entirety in a vat of thai tea.

the service, aside from being both beautiful and handsome, was some of the best service i've received at any public establishment i've ever been to. they were kind, courteous, and down right friendly- so much i sincerely wanted to adopt one of them and take them home with me! unfortunately however, taking home the staff wasn't on the menu. the environment and the atmosphere of the place was out of this world, as i was eating, it didn't really feel like i was eating if that makes any sense. it felt as if i was feasting on a royal meal, while on a boat that's slowly sailing down an exotic river while beautiful thai women attempt to seduce me while i eat. yeah, that's right, i felt like royalty as i sat there; and that's something anyone who's reading this review should feel like when they step into that restaurant.

go there now. it beckons for you. i don't think i could ever leave if i stepped back in there.
