really cute restaurant in delray with incredible authentic neapolitan pizza. highly recommend the award winning keste' w/ incredibly tender prosciutto, gran cru cheese, fresh made mozzarella, and arugula.

the crust was so good - flavor and texture - that it could stand alone as a meal. truly, this pizza was perfect. there was no soupy puddle as found in the center of poorly made neapolitan pies. it was flawless, each bite was a revelation as the flavors and textures played off each other. easily the best neapolitan pie i've ever had; more later on comparing this to other pizzas.

we were there "in season" (2 days before christmas). we had no wait, very fast service. my husband is italian from the north. we found the pizza to be authentic and satisfying. only oddity is they don't have onions. espresso was great too. would definitely return when in delray. wish we could get this pizza back in ohio.

great pizza-long wait in season. if you can wait til off season in delray beach, this is the place for great pizza. surpasses many pizzas, including new york city pizza places. be forewarned, that in season, especially on weekends, this small place gets crowded, and service is sloooow!.
desserts are limited (tiramisu and chocolate cake) but delicious.

its been a while since i've updated my list of the best pizza in south florida.  during that time i've sampled, okay destroyed a lot of great tasting pies.  i've frequented old favorites and found some new gems along the way.     as many of my readers know, i am a huge pizza fan who grew up in ny.  thus, i love traditional ny style slices but i'm also a huge fan of the thin crust pies coming out of the coal and wood fired ovens all over south florida. **when i refer to dough, i am talking about the portion under the cheese and sauce. "crust" to me is the edge of the dough that you fold. i believe that is technically referred to as cornicione. i suppose you can simply call the entire dough the crust and the edge the upper crust. whatever!! i like calling it pizza dough and crust. no idea if that is proper terminology or not but it's always been mine.** these are the best of the best in south florida. rip - racks (north miami beach) tier one pizzeria oceano                               

truly the very best neapolitan pizza. as good as the best of naples italy.

great is simply great. we used to go to chef roberto caporruscio's restaurants in pittsburgh and suffered great depression when he left to conquer new york city. which he has, with his two fine restaurants, keste and don antonio. now, thenks to a transplanted pittsburger (sharon) roberto has added south florida and delray beach to the few places on the planet, outside of naples, where people can have really incredible pizza, made with imported flour, homemade cheeses, and the finest local ingredients available. and, yes, it's all in there!!!!

this place has one of the best pizza ever. i ordered the toscana salad to start, baby spring mix, pear, walnuts, lemon - delicious. . for pizza - prosciutto di parma on point!! dessert: do not leave without having the tiramisu. light and decadent. the staff - friendly and polite. really a great place to eat. ps the italian beer (menabrea) true

genuine neapolitan pizza fantastico!. the pizza is the best in the area. fresh house made ingredients and a wood burning oven and a master pizzaioli make an outstanding small pizza as you would enjoy in italy. pizza choices are made with quality ingredients and are delicious. good selection of salads and appetizers too. wish they would offer some pasta dishes made in the wood oven. for true pizza afficionados, this is the place.

if you like traditional, neapolitan-style pizza you need to search no further. the quality of the pizza is superb, thanks to the high quality ingredients and the attention paid the different processes of pizza making.
we didn't try the appetizers or dessert. good wine selection.

prices might intimidate commercial pizza eaters, but the extra dollars charged are probably justified by an above average product.

if these people treated fellow italians back homelike they do americans at their pizzeria, they would last a week. rude and overpriced.

just had there pizza,&i'm from ct,eat pepe's & sally's regularly,this is the best pizza ever! especially in fl. where they r not know for pizza. if your in the delray area it is a must go.
