i'm always up for trying artisancheesesand wine, so scardello has been on my wish list for a while. i finally had the opportunity to go for the wine and cheese tasting on saturday, which they hold every weekend from 3-5. at $10/person, it's a great value and a fun experience. there are four wines paired withcheesesfrom the shop. the staff is helpful and knowledgable, and so we learned about the wine andcheesesright before trying each one. i didn't get to try anything else while there, but i definitely look forward to next time.
