scape skydeck

love the stunning view at night esp the city lights. this restaurant went viral in social media so i thought we'll give it a try coz it looks stunning... well, we were surely not disappointed!placeis great! we were made very welcome and served immediately and proficiently with our orders.  its pricey but their food taste great!

we went there for our anniversary dinner because we knew the view of the mactan bridge would be amazing at night. i loved the feel of the place. the food is so-so. we ordered the truffle pizza, the baby back ribs and the risotto. the pizza was ordinary, the ribs were dry but the risotto is so good! i'd go back there just for the risotto. it's that good. we also had a couple of cocktails and they were good. probably too good because i can't remember what they were called. haha. all in all, it's a niceplaceto go with a special someone. although you have to have your wallets ready since it's a bit expensive.

aaaah, thisplaceis so pretty!! definitely one of the restaurants in cebu that i'd recommend to anyone who'd go there. granted that there is a bunch of other places that offer a city view but i think that so far it's only scape that offers the view of the new bridge (as well as the old one).

we went on a total whim, i just mentioned it in passing and off we go. i was a bit worried that we may not be able to get seats as we didn't have a reservation (and we went during mother's day too), but we went there quite early and the guard said that it was okay so... 😂

they opened at 5pm, and they were pretty strict about it. so we had to wait by the poolside, the area was breezy, but there was no wifi tho while we waited so that was a bummer.

the food was good, actually. we only ordered a few items as we went for merienda only. we had their bolognese and pizza. their bolognese was good, not too sweet but it wasn't sour either - it was a balance between the two. their thin crust pizza was really good tho!! we got the all-meat kind. anyway, i can't wait to go back to try the other items on their menu. 💖

there's ample seats and of course best seats are the ones by the new bridge. around 5-5:30pm, no one wanted to sit there as it was too hot on that side with the sun beating down on you, but around 5:45, we were able to transfer seats already as the sun set. most seats are outdoor so no a/c, but there's also a small portion that's indoor if i remver correctly. anyway, i think that they are open during lunch as well, but perfect time to visit would be around quarter to 6 in the evening as you can still most likely catch the sun set as well as see the bridge and the city light up as well.

service was quick and can't recall if there's wifi there or not. nevertheless, if you want another take on the city view of cebu, i suggest you visit this place! 😆

maybe their chef was on leave the one time we ate here because i'm not sure what the hype is about. it's a goodplacefor drinking since it has a lovely view but as for the food: our pizza dough tasted like bread, our pastas and salad were so-so.

came to theplacewith very high expectations but theplacewas so so. the view was nice though. thought food would taste great with the price that they charge. it was just okay.

i totally enjoyed theplaceand the food. my server did well. ordered pan-seared salmon while having draught beer. i could have ordered more but unfortunately i came in near the cut-off time for dinner. it's my first time here and i can't wait to return!

excellent view, and very friendly staff. good food too, but can be pricey. compared to america, can be a little more expensive than the us. great food as we did return multiple times and pretty much tried the entire menu during our stay. i highly recommend thisplacel, especially around 5pm so you can view the sunset while drinking a beer in a nice environment

we have a great time here. the food and theplaceare amazing. however, the staff doesn’t know how to treat their customers well. a staff wasn’t that polite to my student. her facial expressions weren’t appropriate.

a harmony of sensorial responses that is what you get when you visit scape skydeck. the ambience of theplaceitself reflects a feeling of being nestled with admirable satisfaction, it is as if you are in a modern french plaza and you immediately forget that you are in fact in a bustling metropolis. the noises of busy people and hustles of life seem to deafen with remorse the moment you step in. the culinary masterpieces presented seem normal and bland at first glance while being presented in plates which mimic luna herself. tasting the delights' individual ingredients especially with the main courses are less admirable but when you consume them in one scoop of the spoon you then find out that they compliment each other remarkably. people taste food with their tongue but in here you are urged to taste the food with the mind as well for it gives a happy feeling of unmasking a hidden desire, a desire to satisfy your hunger and perception.

i been to this restaurant many times and still keep coming back here . ambiance, view and food are fantastic!
good service too, staff are very friendly and very attentive. it's kind of a little bit priceyplacebut it's worthed!

the food looks good, no doubt. the taste is meh. a large fraction of the price you pay is for the looks.

theplacehas a decent over looking view of the building perimeter. and is really romantic at night. the ambiance is pretty relaxed and nice. and as for the food, it was great. i ordered the ribs and the salmon. the ribs was was good the meat fell off the bone, the sauce was just right. and the salmon was really fresh and juicy. the service was really attentive. the price is okay, i mean you do pay for the ambiance so kinda pricy. but still over all really good! would defiantly recommend.

nice ambience with overlooking view. greatplaceto have drinks with friends and just chill. the food is not of the best but still tastes good. service was superb. we were lucky to get a table without prior reservation but would suggest to call ahead and reserve in the future as theplaceis just small and cozy which made it nicer. they had a problem with their credit card reader during our visit so prepare cash just in case.

i was there during there soft opening, i think a year or two ago. theplacewas nice, overlooking some part of the city of lapu-lapu. food was so-so.

the ambience and location is perfect so long as you have no issues with heights. it's a perfectplaceto celebrate with your love one. the city lights at night and silhouette of cebu mactan's 2 bridges is a romantic background. the menu ranges from medium affordable prices to extravagant ones. all of which are fresh and delicious. i highly recommend their specialty drink mix placed in test tube like containers held by a test tube rack like wooden fixture.

love the place, wouldn't mind going back to theplacespecially during happy hours. 😉

and oh, the servants were very accomodating.
