this restaurant are perfect for couple, friends, and family. first time i went in here i can said that it was so beautiful. you can feel cool in here, in nights it was so nice because you can see the beautiful lights in the city. if we talk about their foods, it was totallygoodand delicious. i love so much this restaurant, and thank you for serving us good.

we went there for our anniversary dinner because we knew the view of the mactan bridge would be amazing at night. i loved the feel of the place. the food is so-so. we ordered the truffle pizza, the baby back ribs and the risotto. the pizza was ordinary, the ribs were dry but the risotto is so good! i'd go back there just for the risotto. it's that good. we also had a couple of cocktails and they were good. probably toogoodbecause i can't remember what they were called. haha. all in all, it's a nice place to go with a special someone. although you have to have your wallets ready since it's a bit expensive.

we tried this roofdeck's restaurant because of theirgoodratings few months ago. it has a nice view, clean and super service. parking is a bit issue. better come here with the taxi. we ordered as entree: shrimps with tofu, main course: 'pan-seared salmon+beurre blanc' and 'smoked baby back ribs'. francis was a nice, polite and friendly person who took care of us during our stay. 'french fries' is too soft, 'the sauce' is too sweet for us. i told him to tell the chef. maybe people love that taste. the garnish was nice, not too much, just nice for the eyes. cr is very clean. i would recommend them to put some candles on some of the tables. it is romantic without light on some tables, but is just too dark around 7pm. we both like to see what we eat. the price is ok. you pay not just for food, but for the ambience, service, location and view. so in the whole combination of all this, i don't want to complain much. they should improve in some area as i mentioned. we surely will come back again to try the rest of their food if i come back again from germany. i would give 4.5*

aaaah, this place is so pretty!! definitely one of the restaurants in cebu that i'd recommend to anyone who'd go there. granted that there is a bunch of other places that offer a city view but i think that so far it's only scape that offers the view of the new bridge (as well as the old one).

we went on a total whim, i just mentioned it in passing and off we go. i was a bit worried that we may not be able to get seats as we didn't have a reservation (and we went during mother's day too), but we went there quite early and the guard said that it was okay so... 😂

they opened at 5pm, and they were pretty strict about it. so we had to wait by the poolside, the area was breezy, but there was no wifi tho while we waited so that was a bummer.

the food was good, actually. we only ordered a few items as we went for merienda only. we had their bolognese and pizza. their bolognese was good, not too sweet but it wasn't sour either - it was a balance between the two. their thin crust pizza was reallygoodtho!! we got the all-meat kind. anyway, i can't wait to go back to try the other items on their menu. 💖

there's ample seats and of course best seats are the ones by the new bridge. around 5-5:30pm, no one wanted to sit there as it was too hot on that side with the sun beating down on you, but around 5:45, we were able to transfer seats already as the sun set. most seats are outdoor so no a/c, but there's also a small portion that's indoor if i remver correctly. anyway, i think that they are open during lunch as well, but perfect time to visit would be around quarter to 6 in the evening as you can still most likely catch the sun set as well as see the bridge and the city light up as well.

service was quick and can't recall if there's wifi there or not. nevertheless, if you want another take on the city view of cebu, i suggest you visit this place! 😆

maybe their chef was on leave the one time we ate here because i'm not sure what the hype is about. it's agoodplace for drinking since it has a lovely view but as for the food: our pizza dough tasted like bread, our pastas and salad were so-so.

excellent view, and very friendly staff.goodfood too, but can be pricey. compared to america, can be a little more expensive than the us. great food as we did return multiple times and pretty much tried the entire menu during our stay. i highly recommend this place l, especially around 5pm so you can view the sunset while drinking a beer in a nice environment

well, this is a very late review...
we went there 3 months ago and what i remember most was that their staff was very nice and approachable. the food was pricey though, but it tastedgoodand the ambience is great.
will definetely come back here again.

the place has a decent over looking view of the building perimeter. and is really romantic at night. the ambiance is pretty relaxed and nice. and as for the food, it was great. i ordered the ribs and the salmon. the ribs was wasgoodthe meat fell off the bone, the sauce was just right. and the salmon was really fresh and juicy. the service was really attentive. the price is okay, i mean you do pay for the ambiance so kinda pricy. but still over all really good! would defiantly recommend.

beautiful view at the top. city lights at night, realgoodview at the sunset. have only tried their pizza, quesadilla and jd shot - and though it was not that much, they were delicious and had agoodtime chit chatting with family 🤗

i ordered their oven-baked chicken + shitake risotto + chimichurri + baby rockets and i loved it so much. the chicken was so tender and the seasoning was really good. i also ordered their special panna cotta for dessert and it tastes reallygoodthough personally it was too sweet for me but i really enjoyed it. expensive but really worth it!

me and my friends just arrived from our vacay from palawan so we stopped by this place and ordered some food because we were starving 😂 great ambiencegoodfood 👍🏼 it's a must place to visit

great evening out - really enjoyed having dinner and drinks with such a beautiful view of mactan and cebu! the restaurant also has great music and agoodvibe. the ribs were amazing, the meat was so soft it just fell off of the bone. the chicken wings were also very good, just quite spicy!

it's kinda pricey but trust me, its worth it! the pizza, the spring roll, the pork, the salads & the pasta were mouthwatering! their service wasgoodas well because even when i had a last minute reservation, they were able to accomodate us :) staffs were friendly as well. this is one of the places that i highly recommend if you want that city view.

con: just that their seafood pasta still has bones in it, i find a hard time picking the bones from the fish.
would i recommend this to my friends? defintely.
