such an amazing cafe with eye soothing ambience and good food.
this place has a separate vegan menu.
i will #highlyrecommend this cafe as their every single dish is delish and is also good for a fancy date or a family dinner.
i will recommend
•carbon dimsums,
•farm freshpizza(the base of thispizzawas made up of ragi),
•quinoa primavera (basically a healthy mixed sauce pasta)
•valhrona chocolate pie (the reason of my next million visits to this place) .

went on a sunday evening. the place was calm and quiet. loved the ambience and the atmosphere. we took the garden area seating and it was beautiful. our orders were as follows
1. asparagus soup- didn’t like the taste
2. purple rice sushi roll - decent
3. organic farm fresh vegetablepizza- decent. loved their base as it was not the usual maida.
4. thai red curry with brown rice - authentic
5. elixir of life - okay
6. cleanser - not okay
7. also loved their cutlery and table presentation
for the price, quantity was very less.

i really wanted to try out this place for it came as a recommendation from a trusted source. went there for dinner, the place is built up pretty in the shades of white and green in everything. the owners were quite friendly and explained the food served here. we ordered 1. the green pao bhaji didn’t expect it to taste that great but it was up to the mark. 2. the green moong and tofu dosa which we wanted it to be jain turned out to taste so homely (will go for it again). 3. farm freshpizza- ordered this from recommended source n it didn’t disappoint us. the base of thepizzawas damn good n crispy (thumbs up to the chef👍🏻 and it also the most sought out dish of the restaurant). 4. homemade green thai curry - actually we told the staff to get us anything next best of the chef and they got us this curry. this dish was the just like cherry on top of the cake.
kudos to the team for serving such a healthy food.
this place is on my list for a next visit.

i have always suggested this place whenever we plan to dine out.. but somehow have never been here so far. but today.. yaay ..

a calm, neat, spacious, green ambience.. has outdoor seating as well and pet friendly too ..

about the food.. has a good range of options to choose from. honestly healthy is what they claim and i feel it is. guiltless indulgence.. ❤ a pure vegetarian place, has vegan options, jain options.. we had the following, dishes with a ❤ beside were my personal favorites.

# crunchy chlorophyll dim sum on red curry ❤❤ (that red curry though)
# roasted sweet potato tikki chaat ❤
# organic farm fresh vegetablepizza
# chocolate matcha truffle forest
# iced matcha guarana

i would say, overall the food was very tasty. it didn't feel heavy or overpowering. worth a visit for sure and would visit again for sure.

the review is completely based on my taste buds and my love for food. (no influence)..

thank you 🙏

lovely ambiance, good food presentation and quality. enjoyed beet root and spinach hummus. veggiepizzawas nice. strawberry shake was yum. risotto was ok not great. only disappointment was the khow suey - although i am comparing to some of the best burmese food serving restaurants in the country. overall would recommend visiting this place.

sante spa definitely hits the spot when it comes to “saatvik aahar”. meals served are fresh & nutritious with peaceful ambience.
i absolutely loved my very first visit but didn’t happen to enjoy the second ones.

things i tried:
vegan beetroot & spinach hummus: texture of hummus was beautiful & tasted heavenly! (5/5)

vegan crunchy chlorophyll dimsums : super refreshing dish for the palate. (4/5)

farm freshpizza: is my favourite pick from their menu. crispy ragi base topped with lots of veggies. (5/5)

whole wheat spaghetti in pink sauce: creaminess from white sauce was missing. way too much of tanginess from tomato sauce brought the dish downhill. (2/5)

coming to desserts, both the time i visited they hardly had 2-3 options available on menu. it was disheartening as i wanted to try more goodies.

vegan valrhona chocolate pie: perfect for the days when you want to indulge in nothing but rich dark chocolate. (5/5)

salted caramel mud cake: comforting piece of cake, was beyond yum at first visit so ordered on second one too! unfortunately this time the texture was a bit dry. (4/5)

it would have been soo much better if second visit presented the taste buds same way as first ones & served more dessert options on plate. yet i highly recommend this place, surely one of gem in ahmedabad :)

service and hygiene here is top notch, kudos to team for pulling it off so well !!

the quality of food at one of my fav restaurant seems to be steadily dropping and today was the worst experience. the falafel burger was lathered in an extremely spicy sauce and a thin slice of lettuce.pizzacapri had burnt basil leaves. it has never been this horrible. has the owner changed ?

first of all, this restaurant offers a fantastic menu and it has many innovative dishes that are healthy and tasty. some dishes have a bit too much salt - the hummus and zucchini kebab. zucchini kebab were also excessively oily and spicy. thepizzawas really good but with the pesto sauce, the cheese needed to have been reduced - it was too rich. salad was really great mix of ingredients, all fresh and the dressing was perfect! the garbanzo and beet could have been a bit softer for an improved taste experience.
i look forward to continuing to explore your varied menu.

over all ambiance is amazing, looks fresh, green, calm which usually is in a vegan restaurant.. food quality is really good and fresh but some how it misses that amazing taste factor to compliment the restaurant style and ambiance. we ordered

avocado on toast - not good, there was hardly avocado in it, it was all other things but not avocado (i felt the mushiness was more of aubergine and not avocado)
farm freshpizza- it was 5/5 - superb
thai green curry with brown rice - it is ok - nothing great not bad too but it was too basic
sweet potato baked - it was ok, not worth spending money on it
jamun cheesecake - it was a joke, there was no jamun in it- ultimate waste of money for this dessert

ordered 1. crunchy chlorophyll dimsums 2. greenpizza3. tall dark belgian hot choc 4. cauliflower rice nasi goreng bowl 5. salted caramel mud cake.

the food is pricy well i expected at least to be good. hear me out.

1.pizzawas good ragi base, nice green toppings, excellent choice of cheese. well, the capers were salty and i feel the cheese was a little less.

2. dimsum only 4 small pieces, if not 6 at least i expected each piece to be of standard dim sum size, food tasted good, red curry and the other oil dipped spring onion dip was excellent.

3. hot choc was hot enough and the thickness was applaudable, however, it went on too too too sweet !. could have been better.

4. cauliflower rice texture and crunchiness by the peanuts was good however there was no actual taste from the veggies and cauliflower rather it was dunked in soy which made it overpowering and too salty! simply bad.

5. mud cake was good, made out of wheat flour not dense and heavy taste was palatable, but it missed the "salted caramel" taste.

on the whole, i expected the dish to speak for themselves on how it's been named, which was not and rather disappointing. the ambience was ok. on the whole, for the prices and taste, we spend is not something i would recommend to others.

sante spa is a delight to visit ! being a chennai resident for the past two-and-a-half decades, i loved the hospitality, the service and the sensitivity to the needs of the customer that are given such importance here. they have vegan options in general, alkaline and other dietary suited options as per the requirements of the customer.

we visited them on january 20th, 2021, a wednesday (a weekday). we were a small group of five.

beginning with the soup, the spinach, hemp soup is a must try! absolutely delicious. the tomato soup is finely made as well, but it does seem pretty standard and home-like. the wooden soup spoons and crockery used in the shape of a mug that is used to serve the soup in, surely adds to setting the right appetite.

in the short eats / starters / appetizing morsels as santé calls it, we had a plethora of options. dim-sums, sushi rolls, guacamole, black beans, what not. a special green pav bhaji was made for us thanks to the offer of our wonderful executive assistant! it was phenomenal. served with about 6 portions of wheat-based pav, neatly cut into two, horizontally (which spared us a ton of anxiety about the perfect cut). there was a few onions and lime on the side with the bhaji to enhance the taste after having placed the bhaji on the bottom half.
recommendations - edamame dumplings, the guacamole (it is to die for, and the chips are really good, although a bit disproportionate to the dip, in terms of quantity), the crunchy chlorophyll dumplings are a must try if you’re a thai red curry fan! kimchi dumplings were pretty sour, but went well with a dip that they gave. not the standard kimchi that we relish at pan-asian restaurants in india, quite different. worth giving it a try if you’re a kimchi connoisseur! the avocado sushi rolls were fabulous with the soya sauce.

to have a little drink with your food at this point, the following ones were pretty good -

- activated charcoal lemonade
- pineapple spinach spearmint bottlegourd pomegranate (really packed with all the bells and whistles!)
- moringa protein almond shake
- strawberry shake (my absolute favourite!) - must try

main course made us go tizzy once again, with the variety of options on offer.
quinoa biriyani, quinoa penne primavera seemed to be popular options, but we went ahead with the roti served with a raita and, methi panneer bhurjee (the panneer here was gluten-free). incredibly well made would be an understatement.

the whole wheat spaghetti, kale pesto took the cherry for everyone. protein rich, filled with vegetables wonderfully sautéed and a mild sauce that was all done so well together, made us all want to have more and more of it. everything around the table disappeared at that moment !

the thin crust pizzas have always been a signature dish here. the organic farm fresh vegetables with all that you can ask for, were done beautifully. the cheese on thepizzadid not feel like it was anything unusual, but it indeed was, and you only realised that, much later after having finished eating.

with this sumptuous meal and more, i think this place is one which is perfectly balanced in more ways than one, making the foodie and the health-freak want to revisit often! a must go to restaurant for any meal of the day if you are in chennai.
