for a non vegetarian, this is definately one of the best vegetarian places i've ever eaten at in ahmedabad. didnt know it was vegan either. the carbon dim sums were fantastic.the ambience, variety and flavours were amazing.

never seen so many varieties in a healthy menu. khakra with beetroot humus is something everybody should try and the deserts are to kill for. looking forward to try out their entire menu

a place that boasts of serving vegan, gluten free, organic and raw food and is actually able to deliver, deserves an extra star!

located inside a retail shop, the white crow, chanced upon the restaurant while shopping. loved the quaint yet rustic decor, that is in line with the theme. the menu is divided into 3 sections, vegan, jain and gluten free. we ordered-

1. charcoal hummus and khakhra-would definitely recommend it!
2. assorted butters and breads
3. thandai milkshake-they use almond milk and it tastes great! loved how even the straws used are made out of pan leaf!
4. farm fresh pizza- super thin crust and healthy, the base used is ragi.
5. bircher muesli-really liked the twist on the usual, this one was loaded with fruits
6. bombay grilled sandwich

the only thing missing is a spa on site! would definitely visit again!
