fantastic southindianfood.

1. food: 5/5
taste, quantity, quality and authenticity are all perfect. they have perfected the southindiandelicacies keeping the authenticity in-tact. dosas are of good size.

2. ambience: 4/5
the tables are good for family seating of 4-5. decent plain wall decorations. earlier they were using silver cutlery but now only some of the serving dishes are of silver.

3. service: 5/5
good service time of 10 to 15 minutes. the staff is courteous and professional. we asked them to serve masala separately, make the dosa more crispy and add-on cheese. they did this customisation as well. they are knowledgeable about what they are serving.

sankalp is perfect for southindianbreakfast when u r in udaipur. they have different types of dosa's idli vada and many more southindiandelicacies. i had masala dosa and onion masala dosa with rava kesari which is a southindianhalwa. price can be better but quantity of food is good as well as hygeine is upto the mark.

i just got one word and that's amazing.
dosa, chutneys & sambhar are so delicious, i can still feel the taste. best restuarant in raipur if you want to indulge for southindiandishes.

we have been trying out new places, to eat out :)
sankalp was the place today. to eat authentic southindianfood.
the lighting, seating, ambience was impressive.
they have a pizza corner too.
we ordered for, a fresh lime soda and mausammi juice.
spring dosa, paneer dosa, idli vada
there were 5 kinds of chutneys!
the service was quick and the crockery was clean.
everything tasted great , just the spring dosa was a little disappointing.
the place, a must try though! :)

perfect heavenly combo of sweet savoury flavours!! crispy pancakes 🥞made with fermented paste of rice 🍚 and black gram ✴️greased along with ghee/oil on a hot tawa with a twist !!! mild sweet corn kernels 🌽along with shredded cheese🧀 as the filling is every southindianfood lover's dream come true!

palate pleasing dish with the creaminess of cheese mixed with spices and schezwan sauce inside a crispy dosa is simply irresistible and satisfying!
this sumptuous dish having continental flavours is rich in vitamins and proteins! 📍sankalp , udaipur

located in the city centre, this place is definitely a must go for those who absolutely love southindianfood. the taste and quality of food is always up to the mark along with it's presentation. the tasty sambhar gets along with almost every dish that the restaurant offers accompanied by the extraordinary lehsun chutney.

the place is ok but not that hyped as talked about.
food doesn't resemble authentic southindiantaste.
but it is good for one or two visits.
ambiance is good .
ok service, they took a more time to serve whereas the beauty of south cuisine is exceptionallyfast service.

the best southindianfood in udaipur. the only complaint is the sambhar, which is not authentic to any cuisine of south india

this place would make you realize why purohit cafe is the best southindianrestaurant in the city.
their sambhar is very average and chutneys as well.
only good thing is their extensive menu that offers variety of fast foods so you can escape the dosa and order something else.
staff is courteous and ambience is okay but i feel their taste is average.

sankalp southindianchain located near roadways bus stop .
one of the best place for southindianfood .the place is very amazing with beautiful ambience. staff is very humble and service is too fast .
i liked each and everything must try these place with your family and friends.

what we had -
masala dosa is
mysore masala dosa
idli
uttapam

sambhar is very delicious
they serve four to five chattnies all are very tasty
all the dishes were amazing with a nice presentation .
