fantastic south indian food.

1. food: 5/5
taste, quantity, quality and authenticity are all perfect. they have perfected the south indian delicacies keeping the authenticity in-tact. dosas are of good size.

2. ambience: 4/5
the tables are good for family seating of 4-5. decent plain wall decorations. earlier they were using silver cutlery but now only some of the serving dishes are of silver.

3. service: 5/5
good service time of 10 to 15 minutes. the staff is courteous and professional. we asked them to serve masala separately, make the dosa more crispy and add-on cheese. they did this customisation as well. they are knowledgeable about what they are serving.

packing is not properly done 2 dosa are ruined by sambhar and everything was cold including sambhar. i'm regular customer of sankalp... this time they disappoint us.

as i am jain so for jain you can get good food compare to others.
place was nice and decent

sankalp is perfect for south indian breakfast when u r in udaipur. they have different types of dosa's idli vada and many more south indian delicacies. i had masala dosa and onion masala dosa with rava kesari which is a south indian halwa. price can be better but quantity of food is good as well as hygeine is upto the mark.

i just got one word and that's amazing.
dosa, chutneys & sambhar are so delicious, i can still feel the taste. best restuarant in raipur if you want to indulge for south indian dishes.

we have been trying out new places, to eat out :)
sankalp was the place today. to eat authentic south indian food.
the lighting, seating, ambience was impressive.
they have a pizza corner too.
we ordered for, a fresh lime soda and mausammi juice.
spring dosa, paneer dosa, idli vada
there were 5 kinds of chutneys!
the service was quick and the crockery was clean.
everything tasted great , just the spring dosa was a little disappointing.
the place, a must try though! :)
