visited sandy's recently with family , quite ambience with friendly staff.menu had quite interesting names but would have been helpful if it had description too...can't keep asking the staff for all in the menu..ordered that littlechocolatewhich made my daughters jaw drop over the size of the pastry😍she enjoyed every bit and shared it too with us which is unusual 😁as it was too big for poor soul 🤣 another choosy daughter hadchocolateoverdose...and fell in love with that instantly....😍my hubby's choice was doublechocolatebrownie which he said was just good as he had tasted better ones...finally was my order funky monkey a caramelized banana with ice cream n whipped cream a total disaster for taste buds n wallet😫over all not so pocket friendly....great place forchocolatebased everything...as the name suggests😀

one of my favorite dessert places in the city. been here several times. i am boring when it comes to what i order here. darkchocolateshake is my go-to item. i just don't get bored. milkchocolateis pretty good too. we also order the not so tiny 'tinychocolatecake'. it is pretty good too. go for it if you still haven't. you won't be disappointed.

i have been there with my friend who is fond of chocolates. and sandy’s didn’t fail to satisfy her!! loved the food and the ambiance.

i personally loved the plain fries; to say, it was the most yumm fries i ever had till date.. they served sandwiches with fries, we loved that and ordered separately too. i bet these fries are the best !!! soft, perfectly crispy in the corners not too crispy but as i said perfectly crispy, well baked, topped with spices nd you won’t feel it’s less topped or over topped !! god, i neva thought i would describe fries to this extent !!

quantity of food is very less compare to rates , overall it's too expensive for the quantity they provide and they charge
hotchocolatethey charge around 250 rs and they not even providing 300 ml

this was the first place we decided to give a try after the second wave. we drove in for breakfast and much to our delight it was empty. we took a look at their menu and they have revamped or should i say ramped down? my favorite eggs benedict was removed from their menu. we ordered a couple of variations of egg omelets and waffles and to wash it down we ordered hotchocolateand expresso. the omelets and the beverages were good. the hard waffle left a lot to be desired. overall a pleasant experience. do check the latest menu if you are planning to visit for your old favorites!

place is not worthy for money. taste is also not great. too hyped forchocolateplaces. waiter was not polite.

sandy’s is my goto place for desserts. have been a regular visitor to their teynampet branch but this is the first time i went to nungambakkam branch. we were here after a heavy lunchh and i knew i wanted my dessert fix only from sandy’s.

ordered millionaires cheesecake nutella tiramisu, can’t make up my mind and classic sandy’s hot chocolate.

millionaires cheese cake- perfectchocolatemoist cheesecake that melts in the mouth. nutella tiramisu was yummy too. perfect balance ofchocolateand coffee flavour and yet again smooth that i licked of the whole glass. can’t make up my mind is a mix of brownie, cookie and cheesecake . it’s like a three in one . base so that of a cheesecake, top layer is that of a brownie and middle layer is a cookie layer. perfect for a cheesecake lover. sandy’s hotchocolateis one the best in town. so smooth and silky. and yesterday being a cloudy day in chennai, not having a hotchocolateis a sin 😉

total bill was ₹758, slightly pricey for dessert but worth it .

sandy's use to be our favourite hangout place. the sole reason being it's hot chocolate. we were pretty much disappointed with our last visit. we ordered for a bruschetta platter. the quantity was so less but we wouldn't mind if the quality was good. the bread was so hard that i had a tough time biting it. i hurt my gums trying to chew it. on top of that the hotchocolatewas disappointing.

this is definitely achocolatelover’s paradise. loved the quality of the chocolates used, so rich and creamy.

we had a nutella tiramisu, dark decadence, sandy’s hotchocolatefudge and brownie with ice cream.

i loved the nutella tiramisu which tasted excellent. dark decadence requires a special mention, it is loaded with cashews andchocolateand it is definitely not for the weight watchers. but the taste is to die for. i equally the brownie with ice cream. least favourite was the sandy’s hotchocolatefudge which i felt was full of cream and less of chocolate.

always loved thechocolatedesserts and cakes from sandy's. never really tried out the other dishes. but the somethingchocolate, the tiny littlechocolatecake, the blueberry cheese cake and the nutella tiramisu are my favourites.
