sandwichworkz - the fusion street cafe

the food is amazing, non veg lovers will like it. but for people like me who live egg, try theeggcurry and rice. you also have a bunch of books , you can grab any read till your food is ready.

this place is the perfect example of a cafe cum restaurant to sit down with friends and get blended in their varieties of fusion stuffs.

the place as per the foot fall (due to their scrumptious cuisines)is quite small, but it is worth going for. their ambience was good and there was jazz music playing in the backdrop making this place more pleasant.

we ordered apple cinnamon iced tea, strawberry lemonade, cheese capsicum & onion shakshouka, masalaeggdosai alongwith panchratna daal and waffles ice-cream sandwich. just worth it. they serve variety of food options and one will get confused from where to start and where to end.

highly recommended. looking forward to visit more often.

waffles are the best. the sweet and savory kind. both are genuine and taste like the ones in the states which i loveeee.
theeggsandwiches and hash browns are also so damn good. the coffee is also 💯. love this place for breakfast and love that it opens earl unlike some places in the city which have breakfast items on the menu but open at 11. what’s the point of that?

i lost count how many times i visited this place. its one of my favourites. tried so manyeggitems and all were good. usually i ask them to customise little for desi tadka taste and they do it well sometimes. crowded mostly. service good.

i usually order this sandwich, today it had so manyeggshells in the omlette i could eat it so waste of money

the food is great, i loved their tea, they even surved it in tea pots. we tried their ham,chicken,eggsandwich and it was yum. the service was also good but the ambience and location is not that great. it does not give you a good vibe when you enter the cafe for the first time but you should definitely try their food

i always wanted that my weekend should start with delicious breakfast end with amazing dinner 😆 .

- last weekend i visited sandwichworkz to try some fusion foods . i have never been there before but i heard a lot about it .

- talking about the amazing, i loved it really. i always fond of such kind of places where you can get peace of mind and book to read with cup of coffee.

- they have great collection of books so you can read the books with your coffee and little munching .

- now taking about the food , they have healthy , inexpensive & delicious items vin their menu .

- they shifted to the basement in same complex with new look which remind me the painting of piet mondrain . his painting contains basic colours with white background and black lines .

ordered shakshouka and hash brown for a sunday brunch. believe me, this is a decent place to have a lazy sunday brunch with good seating and staff that's always smiling. food is served without much waiting.
now comes the taste of the food that they serve. it was my first time with shakshouka and for someone who loveseggthis will be love at first bite. along with a bowl of shakshouka, you're given two bread toasts. i feel they could have served just another toast or maybe garlic bread instead of a simple toast. had no issues with hash browns. i loved it ( shakshouka) so much that i would try making it at my home. 4.5/5 for shakshouka.

this is one of the few places which serves good breakfast during "breakfast hours" in ahmedabad! there are not many cafes which open early in here.

we orderedeggand cheese + hash brown with dips + cold coffee. we totally loved the food. i'd recommend this place to any breakfast lovers out there.

i've visited this place more than 5 times. and if i will have to explain whole experience in short i would say perfect place for morning breakfast. great atmosphere. owner of place is very nice. greateggitems and non veg. items.

egg bhurji with cheese : 4/5.

i love the toast bread they provide. perfectly toasted in butter. not so dark not so white. perfection level absolutely mind-blowing everytime.

egg cheese omlette : 4/5.
masala omlette : 4/5.
about sandwiches. not good experience i would say.

potato & paneer : 2/5.
i didn't like it at all. raw paneer and boiled potatoes. didn't like at all.
spicy banana sandwich : 2/5.
cheese sandwich : 2.5/5.
paneer, capsicum & onion : 2/5.
sanwichworkz dessert special : 2/5.
veg. sandwiches avoid if possible.

french fries with cheese sauce : 4/5.
perfectly cooked and crispy. cheese sauce was okay. nothing special.

peach ice tea : 2/5.
too sweet.

overalleggitems are great. if you're vegetarian and looking for sandwiches at sandwichworkz i would say don't go.
but non veg items i would recommend it.

overall thumbs up for great breakfast place in ahmedabad. there are literally no options for breakfast in ahmedabad.

i ordered something ofeggand chicken reco highly by the waiter, it was pathetic... waste of money, food is overpriced, i don't recommend at all

a cosy place in a busy area. perfect grilled sandwiches with very unique stuffing. serves a classic english breakfast and a authentic maple syrup with waffles with a good crisp and slight aroma ofeggyolk. shakshouka was unique to in taste and must go for chicken stuff dosa.

so i ordered a chicken tikka sandwich and a juicy chicken burger.
starting with the sandwich the chicken tasted good but the overall sandwich was not upto the mark, still i would say it was good.
coming to the burger, it was a real heart throb for me. i totally looooved the taste of this burger till the last bite i had. chicken was cooked really really well and the combination of chicken andeggwas delicious! the portion size was perfect (slightly on the bigger side to fit in mouth, which is a good thing obviously 😋😍)
so overall i loved this place and am gonna try it more! 😇👌🏻

this is one of my favourite places. i have tasted many items here but my favourites ones areeggdosa with shredded chicken and watermelon ice tea.
