best secret in norfolk. i'm from out of state and i am a student at old dominion. first off, this is your traditional small business, family environment, good old fashion food. the couple who owns the place are such great people.blackand blue sub was absolutely amazing. best sandwich i've had in va. i found my new spot.

bryan. i tried to fine a diamond in the rough around odu and found one. this is the definition of a mom and pop shop because mom and pop are the only ones working there. this definitely allows a high level of quality assurance and it definitely showed. every night they slow cook their meat for 15 hours. i had theblackand blue and you can taste everything, the blue cheese didn't over power the sub like i thought it would. very friendly, asked me how things were going and told me about the place. awesome experience and i am going to recommend everyone try this place.

truly, a hidden gem. one of the best sub shops in the hampton roads area. i highly recommend theblackand blue but you can't go wrong with the other subs. the brisket was tender and delicious. the perfect amount of blue cheese that wont over power the taste. the staff is always friendly and helpful.

sublime. man, i've eaten sandwiches all over the world...but theirblackand blue is out of this world. every time my friends and i go here, we are never disappointed. great people too.
