let me start off by saying that i went into this dinner with a little bit of a bias. i’m a fan of sammy g’s, i have been craving a particular salad for at least a week now. i knew it would be delicious. what is there to review? i found plenty. knowing that i would write this (greg said it was my turn), i began to look at the menu andfoodwith a little more depth. upon arrival we were greeted by the nicest hostess i’ve ever encountered. the lady remembers us every time we walk through the doors. “sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name, and they’re always glad you came” is the background music in my head. we’re off to a good start. she seats us within five minutes. the restaurant isn’t packed but it is rather early as we have somewhere to be at 8pm. a nice crowd though. the waiter, brent, arrives wearing a smile and perhaps a bit too much enthusiasm. it’s early still on a friday; too much coffee i think. brent is very efficient. he tells us the special
