the food. quality has definitely. degraded over time it was a complete waste of money,also,would neverorderagain.

the food was ordered at 8 n i received it at 9:45pm. my house is just 5 min frm this restaurant.very disappointed. they shud not acceptorderif they can't deliver in time. even the vallet took more than 15 min to deliver.

the paneer was not even cooked. completely flavourless and the only detectable flavour was a lot of sugar and smell of too much cream like, the paneer was completely cold and frozen like while only the gravy being barely warm. tried to try new food but it turned out that i will neverorderfrom this restaurant again.

it's very bad,ordered 1 pulao, 1 kadai paneer,1 masala kulcha....billed all,but supplied without kulcha...it just cheating....i will neverorderfurther from zonato.just useless. at time of dinner, it's irritating.

the prices have hiked tremendously and the quantity has been reduced. also, aachar and onions were given in such less quantity. they must know this that when a person orders 12 rotis, they must give atleast 2 portions of salad. really disappointed. won'torderagain from sagar

full of oil in north indian maincourse. service blunders are common like if youorderfor plain tandoori roti , they will bring butter tandoori roti and when u question politely after the same incident repeating twice within 15 mins, the waiter would reply 'kha lijiye na sir ek hi baat hai'.
