sagar is the place for all your deliciousfoodcraving, the restaurant is veg restaurant and thefoodis awesomely tasty, the most recommended here is everything, be it chilly paneer or dal makhani or shree thali everything is perfect, and the quantity is also very filling.

highly recommended.

visited sri sagar, khalpara recently after many years for dinner. thefoodwas good overall, loved the cheese kulchas, they were delicious. but just didn’t like the butter naan much, it wasn’t very crisp and easy to digest somehow.

irresponsible behaviour from sagar, had ordered an assortment of shahi paneer, manchurian, veg biryani and masala kulchas (2 of them) but to our surprise masala kulchas were not delivered. sheer ignorance, never faced this sort of issue from the restaurant before please look into it, don't let loyal customers and there hopes down never had an issue with the quality offoodbut events like this are disappointing.

thefoodwas ordered at 8 n i received it at 9:45pm. my house is just 5 min frm this restaurant.very disappointed. they shud not accept order if they can't deliver in time. even the vallet took more than 15 min to deliver.

the paneer was not even cooked. completely flavourless and the only detectable flavour was a lot of sugar and smell of too much cream like, the paneer was completely cold and frozen like while only the gravy being barely warm. tried to try newfoodbut it turned out that i will never order from this restaurant again.

food preparation instruction was not followed. i had given voice as well as written instruction not to add onion and garlic infoodbut in the paratha onion was given in stuffing.

the people never even reed cooking instruction i have strictly meantioned on the cookind direction note in capital no onion no garlic we have got some priest in our home and we orderd thefoodfrom sagar to get it delivered in the temple along with the priest .
but it was shamefull on my part that i orderdfoodfromzomato and all what a get isfoodwith onion and garlic the wholefoodgets waisted
please be careful while orderingfoodfrom zomato

this restaurant doesnt even seal thefoodwhen it gives to its delivery person. its against the covid protocol. thats not expected from a reputed restaurant like this

the babycorn chilli, hot soup and chatni was packed in plastic bags, even though i asked specifically to not do that. using plastic packaging for hotfoodis toxic for health. they should have put it in foil/aluminium packaging which is much better for health.
