ruth's is the gold standard. everything at ruth's chris is top shelf. the service, food, and the overall dining experience. ruth's is on the high end of the cost scale (you should budget about $50 per plate plus drinks, taxes, gratuity) my personal favorite cut of meat is the filet mignon cooked medium and favorite side item is the creamed spinach. the bread is served nice and warm so that it melts your butter. the wait staff brings yoursteakto you at 500 degrees f on a hot plate. this is making my mouth water as i am writing this. i have been going to ruth's since the mid 1990's and have been to 11 different locations. i think that ruth's chris is the best national steakhouse.
