it is nice to go searching for somewhere new, and come across a place that offers a twist to the sydney norm. be sure to check them out next time you are looking for a breakfast/lunch spot in surry. i will definitely be taking my turkish friend there soon to enjoy some more apple tea and the breakfast menu.

we ordered their white sourdough with eggs and tomato relish ($10), but you can choose between the sourdough and light rye. they also have 15 adds on, we got their sauteed mixed mushroom ($4.5) and char grilled spicy turkish veal sucuk ($5). we also ordered their eggs benedict ($18), they're famous for their bosphorus benedict which consist of bay lobster, but since i didn't eat lobster i chose their classic one instead. the food was quite good, but the wait time was too long, it took 30 minutes for the food to come...

walked by it and loved the feel. it's tapas style food so the portions are small. but quite yummy!
had the dips, borek, shakshukas and lamb skewers. slightly expensive but worth it. and the staff was lovely! friendly and attentive..

choose this one because of all these high ratings, but actually quite disappointed. the crispy duck not crispy at all and a bit raw. waygu gozleme not bad but didn't surprise me. the other dish, the hollandaise sauce is very funny more of salted.

well done. slightly different brunch menu compared to most hipster places of the day. fresh and quality ingredients. most importantly, super tasty. a surrey hills gen worth the queues.

after a week of disappointment and subparfood, i tired going to this place with my lovely missus. the food and beverages are fabulous, service is excellent and my loved one pleased.

really i would give a 3.75. i got the duck for lunch and it was very good and price fair and deserved a 4/5 for sure.

but my girlfriend got a breakfast option (cheese omlette with smoky wagyu) which was good but not mind blowing.

mediocre.. went here for a lunch with my sister and a friend. service was slow (took a while to get food out - considering there was one chef mainly doing the cooking) but the food was pretty good, it's a little bit more of a step up from your usual cafe and the twist with exotic and foreign flavours really distinguished their menu from most typical cafes which is always something to look forward to. i'm a bit disappointed that they have a small menu with very limited choices and the place is tiny as! but overall the food was great.

although the place is narrow, i still enjoy having brunch here. the decoration is awesome in it. also, food is great with the 5 star service. the table water is so cute to use an orange for bottle cap.

portions a little small?. portions here are a little small, given the price you are paying. the food is so-so, the memorable dish being the chicken gozleme.

ridiculously slow! there were only two tables of ppl waiting. but it took 40 minutes for the table and 30 minutes for our food. the customer service was so bad! this is the first time i came. and i ll never come back again!

surry hills is full of brunch cafes that are hip, trendy and serve good food. this one definitely falls in the top end of that category or cafes.

i have been back to rustic pearl several times!
