rotana restaurant

pathetic delivery and service. had waited for more than 2 hours to recieve the order. and after 2hours they have canceled the order. i will never order from thisrestaurantnor will i recommend it to anyone

very bad experience all got stocmac upset after eating food from rotana najma. we order bbq chicken and fish

may be the hygiene that they are following for preparing the food was not good.

as you know very well,rotana is very goodrestaurantand consider to be landmark in each n every area in doha as it is having lots of branches.
but i m giving rating 3 because i ordered chiken lollypop,it was not up to mark.but butter chikn n nan was gud.

a place to visit for chicken bbq only.

it’s a bigrestaurantin najma. if you are a bbq lover this is the place for you. i will not recommend any other foods .will give 5/5 for their bbq.the price is also good , but remaining menu items such i tried mutton curry -2/5 and biriyani 3/5

although i have taken their barbq chicken either as take away or delivery, i had never visited theirrestaurantuntil a month back. the good thing that the place is working 24*7  which is a nice especially over weekends! the stairs leading to the upstairs was narrow , but at least the seating area is quite comfortable , neat &  good ( although it is a relatively small )
 as usual i placed order for their yummy n delicious barbq chicken ( spicy), which is my personal favorite. their garlic and chilli sauce adds to the combination with ofcourse arabic bread. their plate of crispy french fries is definitely a plus to be ordered separately. although their menu is vast , i am yet to discover the rest of theirs. next time definitely. .. for a sweet tooth, i tried their falooda  which was good.

very unprofessional and rude employees. i have been ordering from thisrestaurantmultiple times and they never had minimum order and its not stated on this website however the employee who answered the call claiming he is the manager of therestauranttold me there is a minimum order and he didn't allow me delivery. i tried to ask when was it changed he didnt know how to answer my question and he was very unpleasant and rude. since i have ordered two days ago i was confused so i logged in on the web page and it is still stating the minimum order is qr0. however my delivery is still declined.  very disrespectful to a frequent customer i wouldnt recommend thisrestaurantbecause of horrible customer service.

ordered home delivery just oppositerestaurantbut the order taker took 10 minutes to understand the address. on top of that still the delivery boy called after 45 minutes from totally wrong address. really hopeless service.

ordered half spicy chicken bbq with butter naan. although therestaurantwas not crowded the service was slow. bbq was average.good thing is bbq is open 24 hours.

the worst delivery in all qatar, therestaurantclearly violated the principle of delivering the food within 40 minutes. the food is fair and the delivery was poor. there is zero hospitality with the personnels who deliver the food and moreover there isn’t much food that is on par with the standard menu being offered by this restaurant.

it’s been a while after we went to rotana. we used to frequent the barwa village outlet. we opted for this one since it happened to be close by to where we were last night.

there was parking space right in front of therestaurantand when we parked there, one of the staff asked us to park in the lot on the other side of the street. we were confused and when checked with the staff in the counter,they said it’s okay to park in front of herestaurantitself. we used the first floor section for families. this one outlet has slightly lesser space compared to their other outlets.

the food was good in general. barbecue chicken was great as always. hot and sour soup was made to perfection. the cream of tomato tasted sweet and tasted like canned tomato purée was used.
chicken tikka masala tasted sweet in the beginning but tasted nice with breads. beef masala and chilli chicken were tasting fine. the mushroom manchurian tasted very good and everyone loved it. kallappam was soft and yummy. parathas were great. the mixed fried rice was very dry and the rice was undercooked. the sundae was a delight visually and for the taste.

service was prompt and efficient. they were friendly and made good suggestions. overall it’s a good place and not too heavy on the wallet. recommend for their barbecue &appam. with yadushyam

usually order in their spicy half chicken. it is quite good with the garlic dip and bread. they do of course get it wrong on some occasions and quite often take a long time to deliver. the service is poor is you go for delivery.
we only have their spicy half chicken. it's better to pick up from therestaurantthan to order in

i like thisrestaurantvery much.... all dishes are well prepared fast and tasty ... good service and hospitality. for bachelor's and family.

i love the bbq chicken and fish they sell! always get chicken and fish with deferent flavores .spicy,pepper etc...therestaurantis decorated beautifully and has a very inviting feel to it. will try out other items on their menu the next time!

an amazing place to dine in with family, am really happy to have such arestaurantin this area. new place, amazing locations, good menu, friendly staff and very clean place. had an amazing time. keep it up
