rotana restaurant

pathetic delivery and service. had waited for more than 2 hours to recieve the order. and after 2hours they have canceled the order. i will neverorderfrom this restaurant nor will i recommend it to anyone

very very bad delivery service ..placed anordertook more than 1 hour when the building was next door .. when i checked theorderit was half ordered for fried rice and 2 parathas total of 21qr... only fried rice was delivered ..parathas forgotten but charged for same ... very pathetic service...

may be the hygiene that they are following for preparing the food was not good.

although i have taken their barbq chicken either as take away or delivery, i had never visited their restaurant until a month back. the good thing that the place is working 24*7  which is a nice especially over weekends! the stairs leading to the upstairs was narrow , but at least the seating area is quite comfortable , neat &  good ( although it is a relatively small )
 as usual i placedorderfor their yummy n delicious barbq chicken ( spicy), which is my personal favorite. their garlic and chilli sauce adds to the combination with ofcourse arabic bread. their plate of crispy french fries is definitely a plus to be ordered separately. although their menu is vast , i am yet to discover the rest of theirs. next time definitely. .. for a sweet tooth, i tried their falooda  which was good.

the food was good the person who was taking theorderwas little rude and was not ready to entertain the guest .... as food and service goes hand in hand you can't play around with either of the one ... (that's y only 2 stars )

tried their chicken and mutton biryani which were pretty descent .... dal fry and zeera rice was upto the mark...

mutton handi was not upto the mark bcoz in the handi gravy and mutton was less and onion and green chilly was more ..... ( so you can miss the mutton handi ) 👎

bbq chicken we ordered spicy one ... which was pretty ok

mango icecream shake was good ...

so, over all a mix review bcoz of the person who was taking the order

bad food.. taste wise..quality and quantity both. twice had bad experience... totally avoid this place...ordertook long time. customer service was bad. but they charge high.... bad.. bad.. bad

very unprofessional and rude employees. i have been ordering from this restaurant multiple times and they never had minimumorderand its not stated on this website however the employee who answered the call claiming he is the manager of the restaurant told me there is a minimumorderand he didn't allow me delivery. i tried to ask when was it changed he didnt know how to answer my question and he was very unpleasant and rude. since i have ordered two days ago i was confused so i logged in on the web page and it is still stating the minimumorderis qr0. however my delivery is still declined.  very disrespectful to a frequent customer i wouldnt recommend this restaurant because of horrible customer service.

ordered home delivery just opposite restaurant but theordertaker took 10 minutes to understand the address. on top of that still the delivery boy called after 45 minutes from totally wrong address. really hopeless service.

usuallyorderin their spicy half chicken. it is quite good with the garlic dip and bread. they do of course get it wrong on some occasions and quite often take a long time to deliver. the service is poor is you go for delivery.
we only have their spicy half chicken. it's better to pick up from the restaurant than toorderin

had butter garlic naan with mutton roganjosh.ordersurprisingly delivered within 20 mins. excellent food quality & taste. after a long time had such tasty naan.

worst service and worst food ever had!!
today evening me and my partner went to the restaurant. and we asked for a table of two. the guy said something rather whispered something to just himself and left. we decided to take the table which was available. when we were ordering, whatever we wanted toorderwas not available. we ordered​ chilli chicken pakoras and veg spring rolls. they were not available. the server suggested chicken lollipop for starters and we agreed. we ordered butter garlic chicken (special for the day) and butter naan for main course. after keeping us waiting for good 20 mins. the server (mr. sunu james) comes back and says chicken lollipop is not available either. hence we decided on chicken 65 as that was available.

then comes the food - chicken 65 was burnt and the chicken was super dry. the butter garlic chicken tasted like soup without seasoning. the naan was still average. we somehow finished our food and asked for bill. the captain mr. manesh came to ask twice and mr. james comes to confirm if we want the bill. then finally the bill was brought. we paid and then it was again our time to wait till eternity. we were getting late so my partner had to literally go and ask them to return the card if done. and finally the horrible disaster was over as we stepped out the restaurant. never visiting that place again... useless.....!!!!
