bad food.. taste wise..quality and quantity both. twice had bad experience... totally avoid this place... order took long time. customer service was bad. but they charge high.... bad.. bad.. bad

very unprofessional and rude employees. i have been ordering from this restaurant multiple times and they never had minimum order and its not stated on this website however the employee who answered the call claiming he is the manager of the restaurant told me there is a minimum order and he didn't allow me delivery. i tried to ask when was it changed he didnt know how to answer my question and he was very unpleasant and rude. since i have ordered two days ago i was confused so i logged in on the web page and it is still stating the minimum order is qr0. however my delivery is still declined.  very disrespectful to a frequent customer i wouldnt recommend this restaurant because of horrible customer service.

ordered home delivery just opposite restaurant but the order taker took 10 minutes to understand the address. on top of that still the delivery boy called after 45 minutes from totally wrong address. really hopeless service.

we ordered avoli polichattu, chicken butter masala , chicken 65 and appeals. believe me guys it's mere waste of money, we were not able to finish the foos as it was really not made well. though avoli p was displaced as day's special it was horrible. they bought us dosaa saying them as appams that too they are sweet probably due to added sugar. will never visit this place again.the waiter was just standing and staring all the women guests in the restaurant. we use to eat at rotana alkhor which was much much better than these guys..

very friendly staff. fast service. delicious food. location is perfect. clean restaurant. menus very well presented. staff are awesome! love eating out in this place!

went to this place many times. it is very nearby my office. i have had breakfast lunch and dinner there. its quite a good place to hangout. price seems to be little more as compared to other same range restaurants. food is tasty. but there needs to be much more change in terms of preparation and serving.

been here twice with family. average rated restaurant. food is good. my personal favorite is mutton biriyani, naan and chicken tawa masala.
cost is very much affordable. service is also comforting.

we had fish bbq & chicken bbq both were spicy , taste too good, only mayonnaise was average . the table service was good.having separate portion for family.

had taken a home delivery from their najma branch and it was nothing different from their other branch.

pretty average food.

ordered for the grilled chicken and manchow soup.

nothing special that i'd like to state about the food.

ordered half spicy chicken bbq with butter naan. although the restaurant was not crowded the service was slow. bbq was average.good thing is bbq is open 24 hours.

the worst delivery in all qatar, the restaurant clearly violated the principle of delivering the food within 40 minutes. the food is fair and the delivery was poor. there is zero hospitality with the personnels who deliver the food and moreover there isn’t much food that is on par with the standard menu being offered by this restaurant.

highly not recommended !!!.

very pathetic service for home delivery. the guy gives missed call and expects you to call back. i shared my location on whatsapp but he doesn't have whatsapp. u send your location on msg, yet he can't locate ... obviously because there is no internet on his phone.

very poor delivery service. the guy will just give you a missed call. then you have to call them and they will ask for your address for delivery.whats the point of giving your address upon ordering if they will just do this. worst is they will tell you delivery will be for 30 mins only.i ordered in najma branch and i am also staying in najma but still i have to wait almost 2 hrs to get the food delivered. worst experience especially if u expected the food to come at-least 1 hour even if they said they will deliver in 30 mins.

had the worst malabar mutton biryani
only name is malabar biryani but not the biryani
and the delivery guy comes and doesn’t call he just gives a misscall and when u go out in search of him he comes after 10 or 15 mins with his own attitude he replies
sorry rotana najma branch please educate your delivery boys
