small place, big taste. i went to rosemary and thyme a few weekends ago while visiting newport. i went there based on previous reviews, which were pretty accurate. it's a verysmallplace -- it seats maybe 15-20 people -- but provides big taste!
i ordered the signature item: the rosemary and thyme sandwich. it has herbed goat cheese, kalamata olives, diced tomatoes, organic greens, and herbed vinaigrette, all served on grilled naan bread. the naan is a nice touch to the sandwich. and for $5.95, it was more than enough food for lunch.
the only negative i can think of is the size of the place. i was part of a party of four, and had to wait about 15 minutes until a table big enough to accommodate us opened up. that being said, it's worth the wait!
