best ribs and great wings. love this place! we found this on a saturday afternoon and just think it is the best fall off the bone flavorful ribs i have ever had. plus they also do wings and they have such a spicy honey sweet all in one flavor that put some of the wing places to shame. how smart to keep the cold glasses coming no matter how busy they get they always absolutely have the coldestbeeraround. set in the bar area and get served or you can go through the line yourself. for me i like service and they have great friendly staff. so great food, great service cheap cold beer, what's not to love!!!!

ok .... not great ....cold beer!. the chicken, chopped brisket and ribs are good. thebeeris cold and the prices are good.....the sliced brisket is dry and disappointing. we heard several comments about the dry brisket on a recent friday night. the employee slicing the brisket was pulling it from a warmer unwrapped therefore it was drying out since it was unwrapped....what a shame! otherwise the food is average.

best bbq in burleson. we stopped in on a thursday night for some bbq and a few cold brews - after checking out the menu the wife and i split the moo-oink-en plate. ($10.99) the combo came with sliced brisket, ribs, pulled pork, smoked chicken, and smoked sausage - plenty of bbq for 2 to share. all the meats were good but i thought the pulled pork, ribs, and smoked sausage was outstanding - my wife really liked the chicken and brisket. good side too - all made fresh on site and they tasted like it.

roscoe's also has a nice bar area with a great covered patio. the bar draws a good happy hour crowd on thursdays and fridays when they have live music. ($2.25 18 oz. schooners of draftbeerevery day )

cheap schooners of icy cold beer, great bbq, and texas music - what more could any texan want??
