do not miss. what a treat! we like to try a variety so we ended up with a ridiculous amount of food for a $30 tab - papusa, guacamole,rosalindaspecial, chicken mole, three tamales. if you're a mole fan, i highly recommend. pickled cabbage is served with the papusa, as well. the tamale was prepared in layers of masa, meat, and peas. so perfect. and, of course, plantains. yummy caramelized sweet plantains. if i lived in lr, we'd surely visitrosalindaoften. thank you!
