excited to find a local place with plantains! overall experience wasgoodand i will go back. our server was great. they start with chips and sauce, chips weregoodbut the sauce was nothing special. i took advice on my order from a picture posted, #15 sub sides (plantains, avocado, & casa fresca). the prawns(shrimp) were over cooked, but the flank steak was tender and nicely seasoned. the avocado and casa fresca balanced it out well. now for the purpose of the visit, the plantains. i would give them a 4 out of 5, a little firmer than my favorite.

this is agoodplace to go check out and some people may miss it. it's different than your traditional mexican cuisine or texmex cuisine and more of a latin american flavor to it.  lots of flavor and the prices are decent. if you like mexican food then this is right up your alley with a few unique things that you may have not seen before. check them out!

i've eaten here a half dozen times, alwaysgoodfood and friendly service. the pork and cheese pupusas are what i imagine honduran comfort food to be, so delicious. the shrimp enchiladas are also delicious, as is the steak burrito.

we had lunch yesterday at rosalinda's - it was great! i got the chicken mole' and john got the flank steak. our server was so attentive and took suchgoodcare of us. i wish i had caught her name. anyway - we weren't sure what to expect but we enjoyed our meal thoroughly. we will be back!

ok, but a bit bland...... the menu is 2 full pages, including breakfast. i've eaten lunch there twice and the food was ok, a bit bland. the salsa was verygoodif thin. the guacamole dip was by far the best thing i've tried there; again not spicy at all but fresh & tasty. somehow the blandness is the thing that sticks in my mind. but i like hot & spicy. don't think they have a cheese dip but they'll surely get complaints if they don't. oh, and they serve plaintains...very similar to potatoes if you haven't tried them.
