just loved it. will definitely go again. excellent staff services so far. very good atmosphere and food was so delicious😋 it was one of the best restaurant 👍

ordered few delicacies with my friends... food was really great, especially loved the makhmali murgh tikka and butter chicken. thanks for making my new year so good, started my new year with some great food... superb.

one of the best restaurant i come across in some time . they cater to all the segments under one roof , pub , roof top , fine dining. food was amazing we tried dahi ke kebab, five spices chicken, honey glazed sesame chicken , kebabs and paneer lababdar. deserts ( fried icecream ).





cock tails and mocktails you would love it.
overall 5 star rating and recommend this place for everyone be it dining or delivery .

one of the most pathetic services you can come across. we ordered our food at 9 pm and there was no sight of it till 9.55 pm. the order was usual and nothing extraordinary but still they took an hour. and finally when the order came, it was only half of what we ordered. please avoid this place and only go if you have the entire day to kill for a meal.

we went there for 31st dec eve dinner
surprised to see that waiter telling us that service charge of 10 % mandatory as soon as we are seated
it was like a rude shock

service was poor

there is no parking for cars
overall
a poor show

chutney was flowing on the carry bag. taste was bland. quantity was less for the amount paid. regretting ordering from roots.

the taste was below average. i have ordered many times earlier from roots and their quality would be good, this time the quantity also had reduced so much and the taste was very bad. absolutely disappointed to get this quality from roots and charging so much for such little quantity

i booked a table through zomato, to dine in. the ambience was really nice. with excellent service i felt at home. all the measures regarding to covid-19 were taken correctly by all the staffs, a temperature check just before entering the restaurant, the staffs wore masks and gloves, everything was taken care of. the food was really delicious, although i found the rates to be a bit above the average, it is perfect for once in a while get togethers and enjoyments. overall, i loved roots and would love to visit again.
