i am ordering biryani from roots since years. taste is declining. not sure why. please prepare like you used to before. this is not best what you prepared.

pathetic taste and packaging . my place is roughly 300 metres from restaurant . and the food was delivered cold.

the chicken made wasn’t good at all, and they didn’t made as instructed. even on complaining they didn’t changed or did anything about it . that was disappointing. over all the experience was fine with other things.

roots is very close to my heart!! always had great experience and would love to visit again..this time it was special for its staff to arrange a surprise cake for my mother-in-law just on a phone call!!! lovely experience and hospitality!!

this is such a great place for family and friends with a very good hospitality from the staff specially prashant. great ambience and delectable food. evry item that we ordered was just perfect 👍(veg and non veg). very hygeine and neatly maintained. has valet parking facility as well. i'm gonna visit again :)

really liked the food especially service by deepak. got all the orders in time. off hours service and coordination regarding the foods n beverages are appreciated. highly recommended for happy n quality time spend with ur partner here.

a good experience. food was good and staff service was also good. choose buffet menu if you are 10 or above in numbers.

this is really very good place to hang with family and friends. recently we went there. they made us to sit on rooftop restaurant which has really pleasant ambiance. staffs are too good and friendly here. we tried many items here being a mangalorean i loved their pomfret masala and kane (lady fish) rawa fry. highly recommendable...........
