interesting flavors. loved the kale salad& i usually dislike kale. everything was delicious

great lunch. we enjoyed our fresh, delicious, and creative lunch. soup was delectable and my chicken salad sandwich was terrific. my daughter finished her chicken and avocado sandwich with carrot slaw in no time. i would recommend roots cafe to anyone passing through west chester, pa.

love it!. i have eaten at roots at least 5 times, and have been nothing but happy with my meal. everything is fresh, and delicous. the bacon is amazing, super thick and not over/under cooked. it makes me feel good to support the local farmers, and know exactly what is in my meal. i would certainly recommend this to anyone who wants a great meal!

great local place for lunch!. i work in west chester and usually eat here at least once a week since they opened. they have a good variety of items on the menu which will please everyone, including meat eaters and vegetarians... not easy to do! the roast beef and pulled pork are among the best i've had. they also have a great avocado, lettuce and tomato sandwich and do a variety of unusual grilled cheese sandwich specials (including some of which are not quite spot on, for me at least, but they are never terrible). my favorite thing about this place--they always have something new to try and most of the time it's delicious!
