do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in. theserviceis unmatched. the staff truly cares about your experience. the food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. absolutely the best meal we had while in. highly recommend!

soy sauce, vinegar and schezwan sauce comes alone with chinese and was supposed to be packed along. qty of veggies should be null or least if someone ordering non veg. if selection is chicken, then why do u add eggs. or u should have mention it in food description that veggies and eggs will be added. the ratio of veggies/eggs/chicken should be much less than noodles/rice. i felt like i am eating boiled veggies with no salt no taste with pinch of few noodles/rice.
on my last visit to roma's, food was amazing butservicewas worse. my lasagne was destroyed by waiter while serving. now the food is not good.
please check on your chef.

please monitor and train ur staff for food andserviceor u will lose ur loyal customers. there are enough options now in the city and competition is good.

we ordered chicken lasagne on 6th feb 2022 along with other things. although food taste was good but the staffserviceis pathetic. they just kept the food on table rudely and left. neither they served food nor they came to attend again if we require anything else.
i called a waiter to serve lasagne that he did not know how to serve. seeing his way, i asked him to stop and call someone else if does not know how to serve but he ignored us. the way he served lasagne was total a mess and disappointing. one plate had only cheese and other plate had only pasta sheet. i asked two staff to call manager but no-one bothered. their behavior was super rude and disrespectful.
food and ambience is good butserviceis pathetic.

best among the quality of food in town plus points are presentation as well as in packing food quality is good let down isservicetime and ambiance

i had added in instructions no chilly option and 2 onion cirka onion but both my instructions were not followed. very disgusting and disappointing. theserviceof the restaurant is going down day by day.

service is a biggg let down , apart from slowservicerest of the things are good.
