pizza crust isgoodbut toppings doesn't taste good

one of the best cafe in varanasi. great vibesgoodambience great food and super service. loved it. cafe latte was good. paneer butter masala was great in taste served along with tandoori butter roti and kashmiri naan. overall a perfect dine in experience.

favorite cafe in varanasi! lots and lots of stuff on menu to try out from various cuisines and quality of food is simply awesome. dining is costly here but it's all worth the price. have been there twice, will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice ambience,goodfood andgoodexperience! they have board games, books and now a banquet hall too for organizing small to medium scale functions.

we ordered chicken lasagne on 6th feb 2022 along with other things. although food taste wasgoodbut the staff service is pathetic. they just kept the food on table rudely and left. neither they served food nor they came to attend again if we require anything else.
i called a waiter to serve lasagne that he did not know how to serve. seeing his way, i asked him to stop and call someone else if does not know how to serve but he ignored us. the way he served lasagne was total a mess and disappointing. one plate had only cheese and other plate had only pasta sheet. i asked two staff to call manager but no-one bothered. their behavior was super rude and disrespectful.
food and ambience isgoodbut service is pathetic.

i came from delhi and accidently landed here. what a place and whatgoodquality food. staff is very nice. must visit h bhai ye place. 5 star for everything. thank you for making my experience so good.

we went to roma’s twice during our trip-one day for late lunch and one evening for my birthday. on the first day, my mother asked if it was possible to reserve a table and decorate the table for my birthday. though hesitant initially because of the rush, they agreed. and how beautifully they decorated the place! the staff was extremely friendly too. they even recommended agoodbakery to us to get the birthday cake.

coming to the food, day 1 we had mahi tikka, mutton rogan josh and jeera rice. the taste was excellent. mutton was succulent and the fish was melt in the mouth.

day 2 we ordered orange blossom and lemon iced tea for drinks. for starters we got butter garlic chilli prawns (a bit too fiery for us but delicious). for mains we got laccha paratha, kashmiri naam and mutton korma. finished it off with tiramisu (recommended to coffee lovers!)
