food is cold and chicken is in bad smell. i called immediately to pick up person and restaurant. they said amount is not returnable. my family members little bit eat rice and some food is thrown in dustbin. they need to parcel it to check. i recollect some and packed. they check and after that they decide to give another pack. but i said whenever i want i will call you then only you provide me a good one if they not return my amount. previously 4 times iorderedby cash on delivery. that time it's good. now in advance i have paid by my wallet amount, now it's worst. i lost my trust in this restaurant now onwards.
yesterday night you said that your people we're come and return this parcel. but no one came and my amount was not returned. if you return my amount i am happy as a customer today. if not i will go to consumer forum and file a case. i have all records. thanks for your service
