no taste, fully burnt and dry pieces

so, recently i got to visit this hotel located in dwarkanagar and the best thing about my visit was how religiously the hotel staff was following all the covid safety norms. the ambience of the hotel is very cozy and aesthetic and they also have spacious banquet hall.
now coming to the food...i am was very impressed with the pricing, quality and size vs portion ratio of all the items. the food was literally mouthwatering especially all the chicken starters.

i would visit this hotel again because it completely worth it !!!

ordered hyderabadi chicken biryani yesterday and i was not expecting such great taste from an average rated restaurant. taste was really good and chicken pieces got great flavour. one of the best biryani i tasted. packing need to be improved. overall a great experience.

orderd calcutta biriyani from here.not upto the mark.test also not at all reached to the lower level of calcutta biriyani.if u give the name of dishes like that and not serve even the lower most level test of calcutta biriyani then remove it from your menu..totally dissapointed and wastage of money.

bad taste. total waste of money. my first order and last also by zomato. placed keema paratha and got salt patha practically.. third class cooking

ordered double joint dum biriyani..tasted well but little spicy..even the joint was bit cooked excess...over all can rate this as an average one..

dhumdaar as the name says has amazingly delicious and juicy biryani...however, the price seems to be comparatively little expensive.

but must try for all the people who would like to try new flavours..!!!

food is cold and chicken is in bad smell. i called immediately to pick up person and restaurant. they said amount is not returnable. my family members little bit eat rice and some food is thrown in dustbin. they need to parcel it to check. i recollect some and packed. they check and after that they decide to give another pack. but i said whenever i want i will call you then only you provide me a good one if they not return my amount. previously 4 times i ordered by cash on delivery. that time it's good. now in advance i have paid by my wallet amount, now it's worst. i lost my trust in this restaurant now onwards.
yesterday night you said that your people we're come and return this parcel. but no one came and my amount was not returned. if you return my amount i am happy as a customer today. if not i will go to consumer forum and file a case. i have all records. thanks for your service

very good food ordered couple of times never got disappointed....especially tandoori items are so tasty it seems like north indian style...mint chutney was awesome

ordered dum biryani from this place last week. the food was hopeless. the food was full of masala balls. it seemed like the biryani rice was sprinkled in between balls of masala. one piece of chicken leg piece,half cooked with a thick layer of masala. seems the restaurant owns a red chillies powder factory,used very liberally. could have promoted a free chillies powder packet with the biryani. would never recommend to anyone.
