in response to "ketchup on a chicago dog". our menu item "deli dog" is not advertised as a "chicago dog", and 99.9% of our customers request the ketchup. also, our green relish is purchased from our vienna beef supplier in chicago so we know it's the "real deal"!

in response to "nothing special". first, we would like to say we are sorry your visit to our deli did not meet your expectations.
our goal is to make every customer happy.
two of the menu selections mentioned in your review, our reuben and our chicken dumpling soup are signature items on our menu that we believe keep customers coming back again and again.
we would have loved if given the opportunity the chance to make you a loyal customer.

in response to "unhappy" posted 5/24/11. we apologize that our delivery qualifications were not met with your small lunch order request on tuesday to brookfield, we did however offer to honor yourcouponthat stipulates "valid at participating location". we work diligently during our hectic lunch hours to meet all delivery requests, your fax order arrived without the proper information (time of delivery and form of payment) necessary to complete and presented some concerns immediately. we appreciate all business large and small, however, delivery is not the basis of our operations and we never guarantee it. we hope to serve you again.
