roastery cultur - the coffee company

we visited this café first time in the first week of may and then yesterday only we visited for the second time. it’s a new café and we were waiting eagerly to visit this place.

we are in love with the ambience of this café. they have both outdoor and indoor seating arrangement. staff is courteous and is always welcoming with a smile.

coming to the food, during our first visit, we tried ice blend coffee and cheese chilli toast. we fell in love with the coffee. cold coffee with ice cream nicely blended makes the coffee thick and creamy. loved the quantity.

tried cheese chilli toast (jain)- at first glance, it lookedgreatto us and at first bite, it tasted amazing. we loved the crispiness of the base and soft cheese topped on the toast. it hadgreatspicy flavour to it which most of the toasts served in ahmedabad don’t have. the cheesy toast was a perfect snack with the cold coffee.

during our second visit (saturday dinner), we again had the ice blend coffee but honestly there was a difference in the taste. it was not that thick and cold.

iced mocha- it is certainly for people who like strong coffee. we felt this was a little too strong/ bitter in taste. milk quantity was less maybe (guessing). but we requested the staff to add milk and sugar then it tastedgreatas per our taste buds.

we also tried mushrooms (appetizer)- cheesy mushrooms tasted really good. boon for all the mushroom lovers.

mexican rice with curry- we didn’t like this at all. rice did not have any flavour honestly. the curry is supposed to be tangy and a bit spicy which was not. also, the curry was not thick enough- it was very watery. portion size wasgreatand amount of veggies was also good but this was not upto the mark.

tried jain pizza (can’t recollect the name but had veggies like peppers)- we honestly felt that the pizza could have been baked for some more time. base was not crispy at all. the veggies were falling from the pizza as soon as we started eating it.

mix sauce pasta (jain)- this was really good. creamy pasta with veggies in thick sauce. rich in texture and taste.

we did have high expectations from this place after our first visit. nonetheless, shall certainly visit this place again to try other dishes.

amazing ambiance andgreatcoffee. friendly staff and creed crowd. are the qualities of this cafe. one of my favourite place to chill after office hours or post dinner

love the ambience.greatreal coffee. haven't been able to get this taste and consistency even in star bucks. this place is worth your every penny.

this is based on my first visit to the bungalow.
service wasgreatand prompt.
ambience gets a 4 on 5 for me. the one is cut cause when you build cafes in bungalows the sound echos. but beautiful painted walls with minimalist decor.

you have to try the cranberry coffee iced coffee.its the one that gives the best kick without the alcohol.

next is the oreo ice cream blend which has double espresso shots, with oreo ice cream and oreo shake. it's sweet at the first sip, with a dark coffee after taste.

i tried the iced mocha and the coffee mousse cake.
iced mocha was neither strong enough for coffee feeling neither chocolate-y enough to satiate my craving.
i would have wanted the coffee mousse cake to be more cold, and a better base, if it needed one in the first place.

need to update this based on more visits since i'm a total coffee person and love coffee.

 being a coffee lover, i always look out for good places where i'll get good coffee and roastery cultur is a perfect place to satisfy your  coffee cravings. this cafe is my go to choice to enjoy a perfect cup of coffee. this cozy place has an impressive colorful ambiance and the staff is kind and efficient. now let's talk about the coffee,i tried fresh rose latte for the first time and loved the subtle flavor of rose with coffee. one of the staff members suggested to try their in-house hot chocolate, so i happily ordered one and totally loved it. it was 55% dark hot chocolate and the taste was sinfully indulgent. for snacks, i tried their in-house spinach ravioli which had agreattexture and flavor. i also tried their signature cold coffee which was absolutely delicious.
overall their selection of coffee is fantastic and a must try for all coffee lovers. i would also love to recommend their lotus biscoff cold coffee and fusion zig zag fries.
so, if you are looking for a chic cozy cafe for a meeting or a date, do check out roastery :) special mention for the artistic presentation of each and every dish, being a lover of art, it was a purely a delight to visit this place.

i visited this cosy little place with one of my
friend and its the perfect place for peace
lovers just like me 😍we visited here around
2 weeks ago and we ordered their famous
cranberry coffee which was worth every
penny 🤤💜we just loved it, we also ordered
mocha latte which was good and cocktail
tacos with salsa sauce and margarita pizza
the tacos were the mini version of the actual
taco and were on point with the good
amount of crispiness and creaminess while
on the other hand the pizza was cold and i
havent tried a pizza without salt ,so i would
recommend you not to try their pizzas there
are better places to try it. but other than
pizza the things we ordered weregreat💜
would surely visit this place another time
soon.

i had given a bad review for this cafe and the owner personally called me and insisted me to get something which shall be on their tab. and today he sent an excellent iced americano with a good belgium style pastry. what an amazing team who actually believes in servicing customers. greatexperience 😍

dine-in- service is quick and very convenient with online ordering from your phone so as to reduce staff-customer contact.

there was no caramel or sea salt in there. it tasted like a simple plain latte but a good one at that.

this cafe is in different league all together. staff is good and service is superfast. price is very reasonable reasonable. must try. i can visit this cafe every single day for their pour over, french press....loved it.greatambience..jazz music 🎷 would have taken the entire mood to the heaven...

this place never fails to disappoint. we'd ordered 54% signature dark chocolate 🍰 the 54% signature dark chocolate 🍰 was divine, perfect texture and softness withgreattaste it was amazing. the decadence too had a really good taste to it, the right amount of chocolate felt perfect. the chocolate oozing out of the dark chocolate literally made my day.

amazing ambiance, cozy and vast option for coffee. this place has indoor and outdoor both options, private space andgreatstaff. i love their coffees and being a coffee lover i rarely order food, but their fries are super duper. must visit place.

we visited before few days and it was reallygreatexperience. the place is really amazing and peaceful. you can enjoy your best time with your family friends and loveones over there. food is also really amazing and tastey. they have some unique style of coffe and other items too. i definitely vist again because it is worth it.
