roastery cultur - the coffee company

when you keep going back to your fav place, means either the food is toogoodto resist or you just can't resist the food😅 roastery is that cozy corner wherein you can relish the best coffee alongwith sumptuous food! if you haven't visited the place, you are missing out on something great!

i visited this cafe a weak before and then yesterday again. awesome food, coffee and ambience.

we visited this café first time in the first week of may and then yesterday only we visited for the second time. it’s a new café and we were waiting eagerly to visit this place.

we are in love with the ambience of this café. they have both outdoor and indoor seating arrangement. staff is courteous and is always welcoming with a smile.

coming to the food, during our first visit, we tried ice blend coffee and cheese chilli toast. we fell in love with the coffee. cold coffee with ice cream nicely blended makes the coffee thick and creamy. loved the quantity.

tried cheese chilli toast (jain)- at first glance, it looked great to us and at first bite, it tasted amazing. we loved the crispiness of the base and soft cheese topped on the toast. it had great spicy flavour to it which most of the toasts served in ahmedabad don’t have. the cheesy toast was a perfect snack with the cold coffee.

during our second visit (saturday dinner), we again had the ice blend coffee but honestly there was a difference in the taste. it was not that thick and cold.

iced mocha- it is certainly for people who like strong coffee. we felt this was a little too strong/ bitter in taste. milk quantity was less maybe (guessing). but we requested the staff to add milk and sugar then it tasted great as per our taste buds.

we also tried mushrooms (appetizer)- cheesy mushrooms tasted really good. boon for all the mushroom lovers.

mexican rice with curry- we didn’t like this at all. rice did not have any flavour honestly. the curry is supposed to be tangy and a bit spicy which was not. also, the curry was not thick enough- it was very watery. portion size was great and amount of veggies was alsogoodbut this was not upto the mark.

tried jain pizza (can’t recollect the name but had veggies like peppers)- we honestly felt that the pizza could have been baked for some more time. base was not crispy at all. the veggies were falling from the pizza as soon as we started eating it.

mix sauce pasta (jain)- this was really good. creamy pasta with veggies in thick sauce. rich in texture and taste.

we did have high expectations from this place after our first visit. nonetheless, shall certainly visit this place again to try other dishes.

everything on one side- the staff here is so polite and so exceptionally well trained, it’s amazing. i’d give 5 stars just for that but their decor, service and food is just sogoodon top of that. they have a wide variety of coffee and teas and their recommendations are on point for your taste. we also tried the penne pasta which wasn’t actually on the menu but they were more than happy to customise for us. they also suggested a garlic bread dish (don’t remember the exact name) but that was amazing as well. the place is very aesthetic and chic and bloggers will be more than happy. 100% recommended to everyone!!

i visited last sunday and place was full , however staff welcomed us with warmth and to our surprise they got us a table of 4 very quickly .... here is for service - 5 out of 5

ordered syphone , pourover and a pizza it was awesome and m sure that no place is ahmadabad is asgoodas this ... this place won our heart and we will surely come again ...

ahmedabad is really improving in terms of coffee places. this places has reallygoodcollection of different coffees with their different brewing methods. personally i'm a black coffee lover so tried only the black one with medium and dark roast.
dessert was also delicious with the dark touch of coffee flavour.
service is also good. staff is well aware with there menu andgoodwith the suggestions.
the only drawback is their sitting arrangement cuz it makes you uncomfortable when staff keeps looking at you all the time and they have to just bcoz of their arrangement is very complex so it isn't visible from any single point on every table. apart from thatgoodchoice of location
looking forward to try their flavoured espresso shots, cold brew and nitrogen coffee.
-conclusive review- i've been there couple of times in last month. place is really nice as i said above and concept of the cafe is also nice. tried some other top menu items from the place.
cold brew coffee- was really amazing in its taste and the bitterness was surprisingly less than espresso or any other brewing coffees. bit high in price.
syphone coffee- one of the favourite from this place. it's filtration was quite amazing and tastes really smooth and it's has nice black clear shade ( not like the one brown milky of aeropress coffee).
french press coffee- finally happy about this that someone in the town serves thisgoodfrench press coffee.
food - to be precise , the food menu is very small and not that impressive so i'll stick to only coffees for this place. especially when they providegoodoptions for different beans in all their brewing methods, it's really good.

awesome place, people & food......a must visit place for chilling scenes. the coffee variants are pleasing to the eyes and have agoodtwist of taste.

this is a new place, but in a very short time it has become one of my favourites.
the varieties of coffee available andgoodamibance makes a perfect match for any coffee lovers out there.
staff and food service deserve a 5 on 5.

very soothing ambience.goodservice by staff. we were only ones in sunday afternoon so we got little privacy for chitchats n gossip.
cold coffee and brownie shale was total delicious .

a new coffee haven for ahmedabad. located at judges bunglow, it's a mansion turned into a cafe so there are ample private spaces on the first floor and there is also seating on the terrace. they know their coffee which is quite evident by the extensive menu filled with various blends. tried the brownie blend which was a double shot espresso, ice cream and a generous serving of brownie, it was heavenly. also tried the cinnamon latte which was prettygoodas well. next time i want to try the cranberry+coffee blend as well as my favorite moccacino.
the pricing is also decent and the service is quick. although they could improve the way they give you the cheque in a bag full of coffee beans.

an amazing experience overall. shall rate 5/5 because one of the best effort made by owners to bring first of kind hand made brewed coffee concept to ahmedabad which was never before thought.
food: have tried cinnamon latte a perfect blend properly served and jain pizza wasgoodin taste and lovely.
ambience: the best which i will say, perfectly placed sitting arrangement. they have takengoodcare of private conversation and ease. honestly, very few places keep all those in mind.
service: 100% satisfied. what you need is your order taken, served and cleared on time and queries handled friendly. liked the approach.
honestly speaking (after reading all the reviews), many times reviewer fails to put across all the efforts in mind and we end up judging upon only on the crispines/ amount of veggies in our dish while served.
it's very important to judge and review a place as a whole experience and effort put in to ensure it. hand made freshly brewed coffee... where else we find in ahmedabad.
i request management to show/ demonstrate and elaborate the brewing process by keeping specific sessions and involve your customers in the same if they are willing. pouring and serving a right blend is also an art. fellas cheers for the attempt...

 being a coffee lover, i always look out forgoodplaces where i'll getgoodcoffee and roastery cultur is a perfect place to satisfy your  coffee cravings. this cafe is my go to choice to enjoy a perfect cup of coffee. this cozy place has an impressive colorful ambiance and the staff is kind and efficient. now let's talk about the coffee,i tried fresh rose latte for the first time and loved the subtle flavor of rose with coffee. one of the staff members suggested to try their in-house hot chocolate, so i happily ordered one and totally loved it. it was 55% dark hot chocolate and the taste was sinfully indulgent. for snacks, i tried their in-house spinach ravioli which had a great texture and flavor. i also tried their signature cold coffee which was absolutely delicious.
overall their selection of coffee is fantastic and a must try for all coffee lovers. i would also love to recommend their lotus biscoff cold coffee and fusion zig zag fries.
so, if you are looking for a chic cozy cafe for a meeting or a date, do check out roastery :) special mention for the artistic presentation of each and every dish, being a lover of art, it was a purely a delight to visit this place.
