good coffee made by good people 😃
i had given a bad review for this cafe and the owner personally called me and insisted me to get something which shall be on their tab. and today he sent an excellent iced americano with a good belgium style pastry. what an amazing team who actually believes in servicing customers. great experience 😍

dine-in- service is quick and very convenient with online ordering from your phone so as to reduce staff-customer contact.

we tried-
keto cottage cheese steak- 5/5
absolutely loved the creamy mushroom sauce!
icee cream blend coffee- 4.5/5
taste was great but presentation could be better
sea salt caramel latte- 3/5
there was no caramel or sea salt in there. it tasted like a simple plain latte but a good one at that.

was craving for a good coffee and got a bottle which was only 40% filled. highly disappointed. mention the quantity in the menu.

place is really cool. food is also nice. we ordered three items.
1. keto cottage cheese steak - 5/5
2. oreo brownie milkshake - 5/5
3. almond milk hot chocolate - 3/5

in almond milk hot chocolate, chocolate taste was over powering. it could have been a little better. apart from that other items were really good.

it was a good placeto visit on a weekend evening. staff was courteous. food was good too. nice ambience overall.

this cafe is in different league all together. staff is good and service is superfast. price is very reasonable reasonable. must try. i can visit this cafe every single day for their pour over, french press....loved it. great ambience..jazz music 🎷 would have taken the entire mood to the heaven...

ambience is very homely and cozy.
perfect for a date or to hangout with friends.
we ordered nutella blend coffee and baked casanova.
nutella blend coffee was good.
baked casanova was oka okay.
i should have tried baked veggies instead of baked casanova.
the experience was good.

this place served the best hot chocolate i have had in ahmedabad. i tried the 55% belgian dark chocolate and it was absolutely sinful and perfect. there are options for 65% and hazelnut flavour and i can't wait to try them both. also ordered the zig zag fries and they were delicious too. the dip was so good! other cafes in ahmedabad should take a note or two on how to perfect the fries!

i went on weekday and there was only one table available so i can only imagine how busy it must be getting on the weekends. love the vibes of the place and the outdoor sitting is comfortable. perfect for a casual business meeting! must visit!!

so i wanted to go and visit this place since a very long and yes i ended up visiting this place the last weekend. well make sure to book a table if you are visiting on weekends. (thank me later)
the coffee here is just purfect. we had ordered the waffle bomb and milk mocha and it was good.
gonna visit again soon.

the homelike interior makes it very cozy and beautiful. but i expected the coffee mousse cake stronger than it was. the taste was very good though.
the best thing i would recommend would be the zig zag fries and the espresso tonic.

@roastery.cultur has launched their festive menu and i tried a couple of things :

1) 55% dark hot chocolate which is purely made from single origin belgian refined toska chocolate with no added cocoa mix!
it's chocolaty , thick , creamy , rich , sinful and decadent . people you need to try this authentic hot chocolate this festive season that's worth every penny

2. sea salt & caramel latte
( homemade caramel with a pinch of sea salt , i liked the caramel flavour that came out so well)

fresh rose coffee latte
( latte with a bit of rose water and topped with rose petals . the rose flavour is very subtle . also it looks oh so pretty🥀)

other things that i highly recommend :,
- baked veggies
- baked mac n cheese
- pesto exotica panini
- plum cake with icecream
