my wife and i cannot get enough of this place. when we want to go out for a truly fantastic dinner, we used to have to drive to san marco or the beaches, but then orsay brought jax's best cuisine right to our neighborhood. from the oysters to thesteaktartar to the duck confit to the grits at their brunch, orsay is always better than expected. they also have fabulous wines and some of the best cocktails in town. even when you don't have the scratch for the full on dining experience, just split an entree or go for drinks and an appetizer. you're about to fall in love.

always amazing!. i have eaten here for my birthday the past 3 years and have only lived here for a year and a half, that is how much i would recommend it! their brunch is phenomenal, thesteakand eggs are my favorite, best hangarsteaki have ever had, not to mention just slicing through the perfectly poached egg is an experience unto itself. i get the escargot every time i go for dinner. their cocktails are innovative, service impeccable and and overall feel of the restaurant is easily one of the nicest i've experienced. this is a true gem.

it's a menu style that incorporates a classic canon of french cooking that you'd find in most parisienne bistros. that includes things likesteakfrites, moules mariniere, escargots, and similar, classic dishes.

best restaurant in jacksonville! great food, excellent and accommodating service, and reasonably priced for both the quality and portion of food. have never been disappointed here and would recommend to any visitor to jacksonville! try thesteakfrites, mussels, pork, or pretty much anything!

birthday with family. was a nice restaurant. waiter: john. very pleasant and witty. my brother arrived way late. never felt rushed. witnessed a stuck up prick behind us giving lip about the food "taking too long" (not true). basically, was looking for something for free. manager calmed him down and did not fight. good job.
beef strog and lobster pot pie - awesome.steaktar was a good app.

steak, not so much. thesteakand frites is one of my favorites whenever i dine at restaurants. thesteakat orsay was extremely tough. i'm familiar with the cut ofsteakfor this particular entree, but theirsteakwas unusually tough. i may give the restaurant another try in the next few weeks.

not impressed!. ordered thesteakand frites.steakwas ok, the frites were burnt. the thing that got me was the shrimp cocktail was bad, it tasted like clorox.. caesar salad was strange just a big head of lettuce nothing exciting. will not return.

nothing bad to say about orsay.... we were invited out for a friends birthday dinner. we had a large party and they were more then accomidating. i had the croque madame sandwhich which was amazing. one of the best sandwhiches i have ever had and my boyfriend had thesteakand frites. a juicy peice of well seasonedsteakand tasty fries cooked in duck fat. the atmosphere and food and not to mention the awesome service, all added up to a great experience and we will be going back for sure.

we went to orsay for my birthday december 21st. it was amazing. the atmosphere was great and our server was always right on point. you must get the cheese plate and the trois foie mousse. and thesteakfrittes might be the beststeakin town, especially considering it is only $23. i can not wait to go back. amazing meal.

i've had several great dining experiences here. yes, some misses but generally great. recommend the filet mignon,steakfrites, haricot vert salad, sea scallop tartar and creme brulee. their cocktails are some of the best in the city. very  good service, although a little over-attentive at times. a server once took my drink that was sitting in front of me before i had finished. love their happy hour and the ambiance is great.

great atmosphere, service was wonderful, food was spectacular. party of four ate around $156.00 before tip. we had three peach martinis(half off), three sodas, onion soup , side mac and cheese w/ black truffles, lobster pot pie, duck breast w/ parsnips and lentils,steakand frities, pulled pork sandwick and creme brule. best birthday dinner ever.

wonderful brunch! first and only time i've been to orsay and they delivered. started with mimosas and the pate appetizer which was a perfect blend of pork shoulder, duck liver, pistachios and currants served with seasoned crostini. i moved onto the onion soup (best i've ever had!) and the orsay house salad. my partner had thesteakand pomme frites...unbelievable! we sat at the bar and enjoyed fantastic service. wish we were in town longer to try dinner.

jacksonville gets some ny attitude. best restaurant experience in jacksonville in a while. great food. great service. great atmosphere. the prices are a bit higher than the brick but totally worth it. the chicken,steakn fries and lobster pie entree are all amazing. i would suggest this to anyone for a first date, birthday, anniversary or any special occasion.

tucked away in the jacksonville community of avondale is this little gem. a lounge and restaurant wrapped all into one. it is the kind of upscale dining that gets two or three little "$" next to it an area guide to restaurants. however the meal and setting were worth every penny spent (and saved - yay! teal deal!) beth selected thesteakfrites plate. she threw caution to the wind and accept the server's recommendation to have her meat prepared a little more rare than usual. it was a win! beth was so pleased with her hangersteakthat she offered to share before i even worked up the nerve to ask for a taste. while her meat wa
