renny's oki doki

okinawa type cooking is what it’s all about at renny’s. today was the parkesdale farm market event in plant city. last few weeks to take advantage of the wonderful strawberry short cakes and strawberry milkshakes. next week is the end of the strawberry season, but parkesdale is open year round. today parkesdale added food trucks to their repertoire. i had the chance to speak to renny and he told me that his truck was designed by the artist that does simba and mulan for disney. the work is a masterpiece and the guy on the truck is supposed to be renny. amazing looking truck. now on to the food! yaki soba. (stir fried noodles) okinawan soba noodles stir fried with veggies andporkbelly (bacon cut of pork) this dish was delicious. had some friends with me and they had the same thing and loved it. great tastingporkbelly. i will have to visit the tampa area to check them out again. renny, thank you so much for your kindness. i love the passion you have about your product. hope to see you
