the lord's deli. if god had a deli in heaven, this is the place. i came here a longtimeago as a kid and members of my family have always stopped here on trips to new york city. so with adult tastes, it istimeto give it a memorable try. you cannot beat a real jewish deli. ordered the omelette with corned beef which was sliced and wrapped around the outside of the omelette. the potatoes were freshly cut up and grilled. certainly not the frozen diced potatoes that are found in every other restaurant. upgraded to the bagel with cream cheese and lox. the lox was ribbon thin and just enough for a bagel. the waitress was very friendly and kept my coffee full. i manage to run up a high bill for breakfast but this was something special. going forward, i'm making this my stop for breakfast the nexttimei'm travelling to new york city and beyond.
