veteran's day free food and great service. thank you red robin and others who remembered veterans. i went there on veteran's day. red robin and restaurants were kind enough to offer free food to veterans on that day, it was a zoo in there when i came about 5 pm. i went to the bar since it was a long wait for the main dining room. i ended up sitting near two older veterans and we all had a good time.
even though it was crazy and hectic, the majority of the red robin staff kept their head about themselves and displayed a positive attitude. very commendable and professional. nicole in the bar was friendly to everyone and made sure we were all taken care of well. she understood customerservicevery well. i think red robin should promote her to manager if she isn't already. this kind of person is great in any customerserviceenvironment.
