red robin gourmet burgers and brews

veteran's day free food and great service. thank you red robin and others who remembered veterans. i went there on veteran's day. red robin and restaurants were kind enough to offer free food to veterans on that day, it was a zoo in there when i came about 5 pm. i went to the bar since it was a long wait for the main dining room. i ended up sitting near two older veterans and we all had a good time.

even though it was crazy and hectic, the majority of the red robin staff kept their head about themselves and displayed a positive attitude. very commendable and professional. nicole in the bar was friendly to everyone and made sure we were all taken care of well. she understood customer service very well. i think red robin should promote her to manager if she isn't already. this kind of person is great in any customer service environment.

great burgers, good fries and tons of healthier options.

nice staff. we dont go out as often as we like now that we have a little one, but while others complain about the loud environment, it works out great for tired parents. the food was, well, normal, but the staff was great with the kid and we left less stressed than we entered, a hard thing to do.

ok. ok. so i confess i love red robin. in fact i've probably eaten at more red robins than anyone reading this review. this one is as good as any. start with the fries and strawberry lemonades. you won't be disappointed.

inadequate. overpriced burgers, et al, in a very noisy environment. oh by the way, don't expect the wait staff to come check on your so called "bottomless" fries and drinks. and, good luck trying to catch their eyes in the bar area. guess you have to be a teen having a birthday to be taken care of at the red robin.
