do not go here if you want authentic ramen . this is a chinese owned restaurant and the taste reflects it . we were unimpressed at the moment we entered the restaurant . based on the high ratings online, we thought we found a gem . boy were we wrong . weird musky smell when we first walked in, empty, silence....minus the occasional cantonese conversation from the kitchen. the food was fine, but not when you are expecting japanese ramen. gyozas were seared nicely but it does not come with a dipping sauce. you create your ownsaucewith the white vinegar and shoyu that is provided on your table . i guess they want a "create-your-own-taste" kinda feel. the washroom is outside and around the building. but we have to give props to the washroom which was nicer in appearance than the restaurant . my suggestion, avoid if you want real ramen, come on in if you don't mind fusion ramen while eating in a funky smelling restaurant.
