we had a reservation prior to our 7:30pm dinnerm. place was not as packed. and we were seated at sofas at the back, nice and cozy. place wasn’t quiet but not loud so conversations won’t be a problem.

we were promptly seated. the staff was attentive. they let us finish taking some pictures before they handed and the menu and offered some water.

we were also asked to choose our weapon of choice. 9.47 was handy for me.

darlings down wasn’t on the menu sadly along with striploin. we opted for wx black onyx as suggested. we ordered salmon, mushroom risotto, and a highball and forbidden fruit for drinks (i was never one for wine!)

steak 5/5 this one is like heaven in your mouth for meatlovers. we were disappointed that darlings down was unavailable but this one met our expectations for the restaurant. paired with their peppercorn and bleu cheese... and of course the salt! truly good!!

mushroom risotto 5/5 i have never tried risotto because they looked weird to me. but this—because of this, i regret not having to try any before. it’s very flavorful, ingredients were not scrimped. it set the standard for my future risotto dishes haha!

salmon 3/5 paired with spinach. i usually prefer my spinach creamy.

forbidden fruit tastes 4/5 but the serving is big so 5/5. i love my cocktails but i am no expert. and just by looking at the ingredients i couldn’t imagine. so i asked which one tastes a bit sweet and i was told to get this. and it was equally perfect :)

cheesecake 3/5 this could have been better tho. maybe other desserts are good i dont know.

we haven’t been out to get a proper meal and so i made sure to take lots of photos. the staff were helpful with these too.

overall excellent service! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

this place is simply outstanding. ok, let’s get it on the table - it is expensive....but the service is great and the food top shelf. deep wine list and steaks cooked to perfection.

their ribeye is to die for! plus their peppercorn sauce amplifies the already juicy and flavorful steak. the cauliflower gratin is my favorite healthy yet delicious option for sides. they have 2 areas in the resto, the intimate dinner area and the better lit bar area. if you want to be entertained at how their bartender carefully handcrafts their unique cocktails, i suggest you sit at the bar. their cocktails are very intricate and it's a work of art when you finish one. very instagram worthy too. but if you want the romantic feel, go for the dinner area and enjoy you sumptuous meal with your dinner date.

a bit pricey and the parking should have been free for the total bill that i paid... but it's all worth it! the food (specially the steaks!), the service and the ambiance were all great!

my 3rd time at raging bull. the first two times not so good maybe cuz they were business lunches and i didn’t get to choose the food. the 3rd time’s the charm as i finally got to order what i wanted. got a seafood chowder (3/5 in taste, weirdly super lemony, tangy and acidic), crabcake (4/5 taste but lots of crab meat), darling downs rib eye (5/5 taste but 3.5/5 for toughness as it was not as tender as i’d expected) and several sides which were yum. service was impeccable!

this place is incredibly overrated. the cocktails are admittedly good, but that's where the upsides end. their lobster bisque is actually disgusting, and the heirloom tomato/mozzarella salad has only trace amounts of the highlight ingredients. the meat itself was fine, but the desserts were a colossal disappointment: the pavlova was just bizarre and difficult to eat, the chocolate dessert was basically like a chocolate dipped ice cream bar from the grocery store thrown on a plate, and the pistachio creme brûlée is not brûlée at all. literally not even caramelized on top. it was just a lackluster pistachio pudding, with some random brittle thrown on top that tasted like sesame. and the kicker is that they don't validate parking. so you pay an arm and a leg for dinner, and then you still pay for parking at the shang. the service was well-intentioned but not great. all in all, too much money for a lackluster meal - manila has much better places for steak.

they serve really good quality steak. upon ordering, they’ll have you choose two sauce for your steak. but since i was having a hard time on deciding which one to try, the waiter gave us four different sauce. 😊 it was also fun when the waiter let us choose our own weapon (knife) to use. it’s the first time i experienced this in a steak house. overall, it was expensive but worth your money. the place is perfect for occasions. in fact, one of them approached us and asked us how was our food and if we are celebrating something that night, when we said yes, they gave us a surprise dessert (cheesecake). i love their pistachio creme brûlée!!! and of course, their best selling cheesecake (the one we got for free)!! ❤️
ps. when our bill arrived, we got two free lollipops. 🍭 thank you. haha

went on a late night run to raging bull. at this visit, their burger place wasn’t open yet. the h wanted something a little fancier than food on the strip. i wish we came in earlier, its a great place to stay for longer.

we arrived around 945 and didn't realise they were closing soon, at 10:30 pm. it completely escaped our mind and i have to commend the restaurant for not making us feel like we had arrived too late or that we had to eat fast and leave soon. we only realised they were closing because we looked at our watch and asked, and that was after we placed our order. they never told us to hurry, didn't tell us they were closing soon, nor show any indication they were closing. there was more than a handful of people still there, i guess also one of the reasons we didn’t feel it was that late. left a little past 11 pm, with still a few diners inside. for this they deserve an extra star.

here’s what we had:

darling downs rib-eye wagyu ms5+ grass-raised, grain-finished, queensland 350g
3,550.00

potato gratin, gruyere
235.00

cyrus noble kentucky whisky
400.00

mamma mia
450.00
plantation original dark rum, wild turkey 81 bourbon, la fee absinthe, passionfruit seeds, homemade pandan syrup, pine juice

loved the steak. it was melt in your mouth delicious. cooked perfectly. seared with a thin crust, soft in the middle. i like the different flavoured salts they provided. it says it’s good for one, but me and the h were able to share it. we just really wanted something to go with our drink, ehem pulutan.

you are given your choice of knife. they bring out a box of knives to choose from. ask about the knives because they have a lot to say about them, like who designed them and who made them. go ahead and complicate your life. don’t forget that they’re super sharp, because i almost did. if you’re like me who sometimes licks the side of the knife, my dumb and dumber self seriously almost did.

whisky(s) for the dude, and a cocktail for me. talk about bang for the buck, i laughed when i got a barrel of a iced alcohol. i didn't expect a pirate-y type of drink in here.they also mixed it well, with a good amount of alcohol.

havent had the time to return, i wish i could.

we went here for post mother's day celebration and birthday. waiters are attentive to our baby's needs. they have plates and utensils for babies. we ordered rib eye/tenderloin/chicken and were able to taste all the sauces. i particularly like the red wine and mushroom truffle sauces. i also like their mashed potato. for a group of 5 adults, we spent 9k with sc discount this is a must try if you're looking for a new steakhouse.

the place has great style but not everything lives up to the decor. it's honestly a mixed bag. they get a few things right while other things need improvement. i ordered the lobster which was actually really good. the wagyu steak was above average. the texture was on point but the flavor was a little bit lacking. my sister ordered the burger didn't finish it. it was disappointing since you couldn't taster the beef. i also had the whiskey sour which was horrible, which is why i'm giving them a 3/5. service was friendly, accommodating and well trained.

everything about this place is just perfect. food is exeptionally delicious. staff were attentive and nice.

we ordered their caesar salad. it was the best one we’ve had by far.

then we had ribeye steak and boston lobster. it was just amazing! they even let us choose our ‘weapon’ (steak knife). so cute!☺️ the steak melts in your mouth so there was actually no need to use them knives😅✌🏻 hahaha! the lobster was grilled to perfection. we also tried the dirty bacon rice and the potato gratin. everything was yummy! #yummytomytummy

they also have a selection of cocktails and wine to pair with your steak.

overall, it’s a perfect score for me. 😍😍😍

food was really great! we ordered the tomahawk wagyu ribeye steak and it was worth the price. a great place for a romantic dinner or a quick drink and catch up with friends. loved the ambiance! 😍

p.s. they will let you choose your own steak knife. i chose the replica of napoleon bonaparte knife because it was really classy and it looked like the authentic one. 👌

a very memorable experience. the staff are really helpful and accommodating (they helped me set up my proposal from the table to the dessert until the pictures).

the darling downs wagyu ribeye was so tender and delicious when medium. perfect with the dirty rice.

the cheesecake was good, firm and dense enough but very rich in taste.

i like the ambiance!

we celebrated our anniversary here and my husband and i were excited to try this steakhouse. however, our excitement turned to a disappointment. the steak that we have ordered didn’t meet our expectations. we ordered ribeye stockyard gold ms4, it is not as tender as we expect it to be, doneness is medium rare. we had a hard time chewing it and realized it is not worth its price. it was seasoned well though - but still not worth it. the salmon is good. the side dishes are great. the dessert is something that i will definitely order again. oh also, the blade of the knives feel dull. service is definitely superb.
